Top notch customer service My fiance and I have been traveling up and down the East Coast for the last couple of weeks looking at properties. Dawn is by far one of the best customer service reps that I have spoke to in the over 15 to 20 hotels that we have stayed in. I called in and spoke to Dawn before arriving she was super friendly answered every question I had and offered every chance to make our stay exceptional. I would definitely be returning to this hotel and Dawn is the reason!!

OK Stay, Breakfast needs revamping Pros: The location was great from downtown Macon. Also like the restaurant options near the area. Cons: Breakfast juice machine didn't work, need better breakfast options, guest doors need to be painted.

Property was fine except roach problem Check in was easy, staff was friendly and room was properly cleaned but there were cockroaches which I did not see until I went to use the bathroom and turned on the light and multiple of them saw them scurrying away under the baseboard trim. Second room I was offered also had a couple while I was checking it out before ultimately leaving. Once the cockroach problem is dealt with the stay would be better rated.

Pest control needed, elevator out Needs pest control in a King suite? Rusted tub in a suite? No extra towels in a King suite? The elevator being out of order happens, but 3 flights after driving and working? Not a good stay for me. They don't replenish breakfast, so get it early or be without.

Stinky The power went out at our home because of a storm so we had to rent a room for the night. Unfortunately staying here made the rough night worse. We arrived to a filthy room that reeked of smoke and incense. There was an air purifier running that did not help. Why would you rent a room that you are actively cleaning from smoke? The door latch was broken, the comforter was stained, there was a dirty rag draped across the lamp shade. Customer service only offered points or a 50% refund because we completed our stay. We had no other option at the time as it was late and we had to work the next morning. None of this is acceptable in the hospitality business. There are plenty hotels next door you can stay in, DO NOT STAY HERE!
