Horrible place all around. Door lock broken, moldy ceilings, including peeling strips above toilet dripping water, bathroom door holes in it on both sides, so many flies in room they were everywhere. Front desk took $100 cash telling me my card was declined and assured me I would get $37 refund at checkout, next morning I was only given $25. Very dirty area around parking lot. Half of the roads and parking area closed for repaying was told I could move my car at 7pm and park in front of my room. At that time I went out to move my car and two ‘maintenance’ employees had put no parking horses in my two spots and told me I couldn’t park there then they proceeded to push a non running vehicle into one spot and drive a different vehicle into the other. Very disappointed in Red Roof, never had a bad experience prior to this and they were my number one choice whenever traveling.

Don’t bother, sleep in your car somewhere. If you want to visit a scum hole, this is the place. The mat or “carpet” situated between the beds is filthy, sheets were covered in hair and the ac vent was dirtier than the nook by your seatbelt where food falls in your car. Nearly all surfaces needed cleaning. Pretty sure there was underage sex trafficking going on a few rooms over.

This place is deplorable. Would not recommend. We left immediately. Filthy and not safe. The room was filthy. Blood and other stains on the bed sheets. Laminate flooring was heaved and cracked the entire length of the room. Carpet was filthy, clearly not vacuumed and caked with dirt, dust, lint and food. The mattress was stained yellow. The paint was chipped off the walls. There was brown staining on the ceiling and walls. The painting was ripped off the walls leaving a hole in the wall and dangling hardware. Drywall was ripped off the walls in many places. The ceiling light did not work and was hanging broken from the ceiling. The bathroom tub was stained black and there was soap scum residue all over the walls. There was human discharge on the wall around the toilet. There was filth smeared on the dresser. Dust bunnies were caked in the wall lamp shades. The room stunk of mold. I am quite certain that we observed a drug exchange happen out of the room next door. Do not stay here. This place is deplorable. We left immediately. No refund provided of course.

Clueless employees We where told by an employee in the front that we would be able to extend our stay here if we came back in the morning when it was time for us to check out. When we came to the front to extend our stay they said they couldn't and that they had been booked up. Zero concern or care that their other employee flat out lied to us and zero care that now we have to find somewhere else to go on such short notice. Defiantly will never come back to a place that cares so little about its customers. A perfect example of you pay for what you get.

Horrible!!!! Due to last minute family needs, we went to Madison. Due to a major conference, the only room I could find was here. No other way I would ever stay here. I knew it wasn't going to be good when I saw the room door & it looked like it had been kicked in previously. Entering the room, the floors were dirty & sticky (wore socks when in there & threw them out on departure. Desk was sticky. Smoke alarm was pulled out of the wall & placed on the desk- surely some kind of violation! Room over all had a musty odor & hadn't been painted in years. Bed springs were sticking through individually & bed covers were dirty. Staff was short & hung up when I asked about new towels. Old Coffemaker was stuck in the corner but no coffee to go with it. Overall, it was just a dump! Do not stay there if you have a choice.!!!!!
