Well done Colwall Park Hotel Really enjoyed our afternoon tea. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent. It was a great day for weather so after having had a 2 hour walk in the local countryside we ate outside in the garden which added to the overall experience.

Baby Shower An amazing hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My daughter had her Baby Shower there yesterday, and they could not do enough to help. Making a lovely experience for all that attended. She also had her wedding there about sixteen months ago, and again absolutely brilliant. I would definitely recommend this place!

A most comfortable place to stay in an excellent location for our rally We organised a Vintage Crossley car rally last weekend based at the hotel and the majority of members stayed here. We had a wonderful weekend with very comfortable accommodation, delicious meals and very kind and attentive staff. The hotel is in an excellent location for the Malvern Hills and for the surrounding countryside. Two of the participants brought dogs which were made most welcome. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely experience We weren’t residents but decided to have lunch here whilst catching up as friends. Very impressed with the attention we were given, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and as we were sat out way out in garden under a shady tree it was a long way for them to give us that kind of service.
The food was good also with generous portions.
Ill certainly revisit.

Lovely staff but hotel needs a refurb Stayed 2 nights - could not fault the attentiveness and friendliness of staff. Considering this is an old building the bar reminded me more like a chain hotel - lacking any atmosphere or character. As weather was warm we managed to avoid it by eating in garden ( which was lovely) bedroom was clean and comfortable, but bathroom very poor - needs a complete refit - shower over bath weak, missing top on taps, shabby decoration, peeling paint on walls and bath surround, mould around bath. Food was average - over priced really for quality. Chicken burger had a massive slab of chorizo which was rubbery and inedible. Lemon posset dessert was a delight however and was the only thing we ate that tasted “home cooked” rather than frozen / microwaved or fried. Massive potential at this hotel in a lovely area but needs a lot of improvement to get us back !
