DO NOT STAY HERE Smoke, bugs, unwashed sheets and furniture, awful smelling ac, I cleaned bathrooms. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay here for an hour, much less a night. Even if you somehow got the room for free, you could stay in Vegas for less than what the medical bills you would get from sleeping here

Do not book - there is no quality to be found in this "Quality Inn" Our flight home (Dublin was canceled). We were with a group of 20+ travelers, and this was the hotel where United Airlines put us up for 3 nights (as they were unable to book us on an earlier flight, but that is a topic for another review). The reception area and breakfast room were soulless. Although the one staff member checking us in was doing his best, the process was very slow. The parking lot at the back was littered (the one at the front was clean). The rooms were dark and old. Ours was clean, but one of our group came into their room to discover the bed and bathroom had been used. Several of our group had smoking rooms, which reeked of tobacco. The included breakfast was poor. There were other issues, but I will stop here. This is a hotel you should avoid at all costs. I do want to note though that the one staff member in the reception in the morning was very helpful, trying to arrange taxis as we had decided to book an alternative hotel ourselves (United being unresponsive despite a few of our group going to the airport).

Worst Quality Inn Ever Experienced The room #255 smelled of strong weed, the coffee maker was missing and possibly previously stolen, stains on furniture, walls, bathroom, king bed DEEPLY drooped in the center, cracked and broken furniture with possible criminal activity outside. There was no end table or room to get out of the bed on the right side. The temperature knob on the Air Handler would not move between Warm or Cool (Stuck). The lobby smelled like a dirty gym locker with criminal protective Plexiglas at the front desk. Outside people were yelling and banging on room doors until the early AM. We called to the front desk at 10:30 PM after checking in and exhaustively loading all of our stuff up the stairs. We were offered another room but would have to move everything to the other side of the building. We were afraid to go outside of the room at that point. We spoke with Hotel Manager Debbie Strawers on Monday but she would not do anything to atone for the unacceptably poor conditions we suffered through at $170 for the night (booked a month in advance). Awful! Never going back. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

Mostly Satisfied Chose this hotel because most of the reviews sited it as being very clean & price was just about as good as it gets that close to D.C. The room was very clean - except for the floor! It could use a good mopping once in a while, as the laminated wood flooring just collects the dirt in the grooves - feet were black when walked across the room. Would rather have had carpet - laminated flooring is hard on old feet after a day of walking in D.C.! Other than the floor - everything else seemed to be super clean. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and good shower. Lighting could be better and not very good selection of TV channels. WiFi was OK. Big, nice mini fridge, with a small freezer compartment. Nice little area outside of bathroom to hang clothes & with luggage rack. Lamps had receptacles where you could plug in and charge wireless devices. On several occasions during our stay - our key cards would not work & we had to make a trip down to the office to get them straightened out. Thought the breakfast was pretty good for this type hotel. Only two selections of cereal, but they did have egg patties, some days bacon & some days sausage, waffles, selection of muffins and pastries, juice, etc. The staff person for the breakfast area kept it well stocked and clean - always checking to see if area was running low on any item. Breakfast area never overly crowded when we were there - plenty of tables and chairs with big flat screen TV in area. Location pretty good, with close access to interstate, Manassas National Battlefield Park, and some decent restaurants. With a few improvements, this hotel would be a "very good" place to stay.
