Pick another hotel! Don't stay here! Checking in was formal and matter of fact (no pleasantries such as "Good evening" or "Let me know if you need anything"). While that's not enough reason to leave a negative review, it's what we experienced next.... I had heard of doors not closing and locking all the way before but never really had it happen to me in a hotel before. We were traveling through and so we arrived in the evening. We went up to our room and discovered that it was hard to close the door and get it to lock. We thought we had it. But in the morning we discovered that it was impossible to lock the door! Even though it appeared that it locked into place, all one had to do was push from the outside and it opened. This could have been a dangerous situation, especially for someone traveling alone. There is no was that the hotel did not know this. Housekeeping or maintenance would have already informed the manager as they would've caught this whenever they left the room and tried to lock it. The room wasn't in the best shape either. There also mold in the shower caulking. The bathroom looked like it needed to be remodeled. The whole room needed a good fixing up.

Good place to stay This is a very clean and nice place to stay. The pool is great and is inside so it is usable 12 months a year. They have a great breakfast with eggs, toast, yogurt, waffles, caffinated and decaf coffee. There is a good restaurant within walking distance for supper and has great food.

Very friendly stop! This was our first time at this hotel and we were very happy with our stay. The woman at the front desk was super friendly! She went out of her way to make sure everything was okay with our room. I wish I would have gotten her name because she really made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and okay for what we needed. There was only 1 lamp in the corner of the room so it was a bit hard to read at night. Breakfast had all of the usual things. The woman setting up the food was very friendly too! Overall a good stay.

Excellent stay This is a yes for us. This place was clean, prices were very reasonable and the staff was excellent. If breakfast included is a must, I’d pass but if you are looking for a good place to rest this would be a great option. Convenient location and plenty of food options nearby.

Nice stopover on trip south. Made a reservation based on other ratings. The cost was more than competitive,the bed was comfortable, the room quiet and the breakfast offered more choices than many motels. Would definitely stop again. There is nothing to complain about, especially at this price point.
