HORRIBLE -- Customer Service - Avoid if you can HORRIBLE PLACE -- Avoid it. Customer service non-existent. TV does not work, and they don't care Internet does not work -- they don't care Ask for Toilet rolls and they bring it next day Water damage across the property They are Illegal -- they try and avoid paying taxes buy asking you pay CASH These guys need to be reported to the POLICE and better business Bureau, which I will do.

Terrible Management Made a booking here, but I’m glad we did not stay I called and confirmed that we could check in after midnight, when we arrived our room was occupied, and someone was clearly in the room. They provided a full refund, but that does not matter when you’re trying to search for a new booking at 2 AM.

Clean, comfortable, and safe I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I found it to be so clean, comfortable, and safe feeling. Plus it was only about a 15 min walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants mere steps away. I would happily stay here again.

Good but i stood 2 nights and i had a Good bed quiet room if the neighboors are the staff is good the place around is quiet and very safe the parking with a direct lift access is perfect and usefull negative points : room not made this day even with the paper on the door as make my room please the wifi does not work well at all so no tv access no breakfast but just a little self make room with a coffee machine a waffle machine and a fridge with juices. the coffee was like water. starbuck is just in front of the hotel thanks God..

Blood, banging on walls and doors, heavily armed police. Blood on the floors, man in blood running around shouting and hitting on doors and walls the whole night, heavily armed police officers in the morning. We couldn't sleep all night. For the second night we got another room further away from where that mentally challenged man lived, but the hotel refused to refund for that first horrible night. That man has been living there for the last month and there are high chances he still lives there by the time you book. There are plenty of much better options in the same price nearby.
