Good location, clean rooms Located conveniently to downtown Manitowoc and to the car ferry. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff were helpful and pleasant, hallways and breakfast area are bright and cheerful. Jenn's Java is just down the street, good coffee and baked goods.

Friendly staff, great location This is my favorite hotel in Manitowoc. Great location! Walk to local restaurants, museums... clean and comfortable. Good free breakfast too. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Currently they are upgrading the hotel too.

Cleaning Couple Suspicious In early morning left room well before Check out time and When came back to room Indian Couple(from India), were cleaning room and throwing my stuff away! Well before check out time to boot! Very peculiar and noticed some things of mine missing once I left Property! Lady kept staring at us(Indian Lady), through Window as if to say they did not notice what we stole!

Sleeping Great place to stay. Super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Very close to the Subway Restaurant. Awesome lobby area. You can easily watch television. Charging rates are very low. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

Sleeping Great place to stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always have a great can do attitude. Rooms are always super clean and tidious. Rates are perfect in every single way. Bathroom shower needs to have a way so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor.
