Good stop on a long trip This made a good stopping place as we drove to the Northeast from Florida. The rooms are pleasant, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was as expected from a Hampton Inn: most people can put together a nutritious start to the day. Parking is a bit odd - most of the spots are toward the back, so a bit of a walk to check-in, but no big deal unless you have trouble walking.

Horror Story - PTSD Horror Story! Danger!!!We checked into the Hampton Inn in Manning, SC because of a Storm. Red Flags went off Right Away! The back doorways not secured. The Biz center was closed. Then, we had to get 3 different remotes to get the TV to work. The staff was very nice, I even had my husband get sour cream for the Front Desk. I wish it had stayed this pleasant. I am a Super Early Bird and went to the lobby at 3:30 am to check my email. The Night Manager was sleeping in the lobby and told me that I had to LEAVE! Wait, uh what? Then he said that if I did not go back to my room he was going to kick me out of the property. WTF??? I waited until my husband woke up and shared the story with him. My husband let the Night Manager know that it was NOT OK to speak to a woman in that manner. The Managers response was F You, I will F Up your P*ssy As*. Then he chased us out of the parking lot and down the street to the gas station. After arriving at the gas station, the manager threatened us and blocked us inside the gas station. I was forced to call 911 to prevent any further altercations. That should have been the end of the story but....After leaving the property I saw that the manager had made several 100's of Dollars in fraudulent charges to our card. I spoke to the GM several Hours later and I was refunded half of the room costs. Hilton Corporate offered me 10,000 Hilton points for the problem. Are you kidding me? As a Loyal Hilton Honors Member, I expect better. I expect to be able to go to any Hilton Property and feel safe. Hilton Do better

Less than average and bathrooms in need of fix up. Better hotels in Florence for the same price. Gross bathrooms that need fixed up. Nothing special. Hotel rooms in Florence are much nicer for the same price. Breakfast was gross. Outdoor pool was fun for the family. Outdated hotel and facilities. Won't be back next travel. Will switch to Florence.

Urine marks on bathroom floor. The floors in the bathroom had urine stains around the toilet, obviously they had not been cleaned. The Pet friendly Hotel did not have any dog pickup bags in the dog walking area. $75 pet fee could pay for a lot of bags. All of the hand sanitizer dispenser I tried were EMPTY!

Great Staff, Old Hotel The hotel staff were pleasant and kind, which is unfortunate that the state of the rooms were not up to par. The rooms have old furniture, moldy showers, old wallpaper that has not been replaced in years--it is in dire need of an upgrade. I was also double charged for the price of the room, even though I had a reservation that was paid for. The customer service via email is so outdated that their systems are not set up to receive documents unless they are in a certain manner.
