Bad stay This is letter I sent to corporate On Jun 22, 2024 I tried to check in with the reservation I made on Quality Inn site #68364069. Aarju (desk clerk) said she couldn’t find it. Sad to cancel online. Couldn’t do that due to it being past the window to do this. She checked me in without that reservation. Said this has happened to a lot of guests and she would call and get it taken care of. If this happens all the time then why has no one called corporate to fix this issue? New check in number is #935164102. We went to dinner came back and she said I would need to call to get it straightened out. Since I was asking if I would be charged for online room and checked in room since they were different. So I call was told found original reservation but it wasn’t in the normal system.? That is internal issue not mine. But you have now made it mine. Then they couldn’t find me checked into hotel because Aarju couldn’t read a Ohio (state we are in )drivers license and checked me in as Lorene Frances (middle name) not Fite (last name). After spending a long hot day outside I did not want to end my vacation on the phone for over a hour trying to get this straightened out. This has been a nightmare end to vacation. 27:33 after being on hold I was told they were trying to find a acceptable solution. Because canceling the original reservation was not it? Asked repeatedly for supervisor and person on phone kept putting me on hold and coming back no supervisor. His tone was very condescending and bored. Great customer service (sarcasm). All this was going on and I just wanted a shower and bed. But no still on hold at 45 min in. Then I was told they needed to talk to desk person to cancel original reservation. Um she called and said they had to. And really they wanted me to walk down to desk hand phone to person l. They couldn’t call themselves? After all that they said I had to call back AFTER i checked out to fix issues and make sure I was not charged. Case Id:12228286 This is a you issue and I do not appreciate your customer service making it a ME issue. After a hour of this I Hung up since they kept saying nothing. On top of that when I went to sit in chair provided in room to be on said phone call it looked like it had been deemed “good enough “ after finding it in a dumpster. I admit after that I started taking pics of everything. Have to admit those bed sheets had to be the softest I have ever felt. Also there is terrific water pressure and heat in the shower. Around midnight, after being asleep for a few hours, I felt something on my foot. I reached down and found a dirty sock. (Left these by the bed) Thing is I didn’t wear socks to bed. Found another a couple hours later. This means the freaking beding was not changed. Gross and absolutely disgusting. The knob to turn fridge up or down missing so we had to guess as temp. Nope guessed wrong food was not cold when we got up. So had to throw that away. As you can see there were other minor issues. Was given General Manager business card and it doesn’t even say Quality Inn/Comfort InnFree “hot” breakfast : Considered Hot Breakfast due to having waffle maker but they had zero syrup (employee looked everywhere). So that was pointless. Might suggest for those of us that can’t drink orange juice or milk maybe have apple juice? Also some sort of non dairy creamer for the coffee. This was a horrible stay. If the reservation thing and sock thing didn’t happen I wouldn’t have said anything. Even after having to throw away my wasted food.

Outdated This was a 2 night stay my husband and I booked online to spend the anniversary weekend away. We booked it a a Quality hotel chain but when we got there the name was Park on several things so not sure if they took over this or not. Was very disappointed in the quality " of the room. Very outdated, smelly, the TV was small but worked finally after room service cannes up to unplug and plug it back in. The tub drained slow, the bed was old and springy and parking was all the way in the back parking lot... not very secure.

Hidden Gem I was a little skeptical about staying here, but didn't regret it one bit. I had learned that the hotel had gone through recent renovations and so decided to give it a try. The hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly. Big bonus here was the Mexican restaurant. Great place to eat especially if you don't feel like venturing out anywhere.

Park inhospitable, Disgusting room, not wiped down, blood in desk drawers. I checked out in under 5 minutes due to bugs in the room. The manager was very rude and unhelpful he threatened to call the police on me for asking for a refund. All wooden surfaces have not been wiped down in quite some time, significant dust build up, the lighting in the room is likely intentionally minimal so you can’t see how unclean everything is.

Never stay here again Terrible Hotel they where renovating . Had a Starbuck's printed sign 4 Keurig machines and not Starbuck's pod's. Coffee was not lacated win the same place as the Keurig machines. Refrigerator in room was very noisy Room # 217. No Breakfast restraunt is Mexican not even open until I think 11am. Missing tile by the toilet paint on the door. Lock's don't on the upper part. Small soap and shampoo for big people 3oz. No cup's or ice pail or coffeemaker in the room. The only thing that was good was the shower pressure and comfort of the bed.
