Staybridge Suites MPLS-Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes by IHG

Just plain rude The manager, Sal, was extremely rude and argued with a number of guests during our stay. The front desk worker, Conlan, told me his name was Collin so he would not be named right. They admitted they overbooked the hotel on number of occasions. Will never stay here again.

Motel without room service The hotel does not offer daily or biweekly room service, and they do not provide room cleaning. Additionally, there is no on-site manager available to address any issues, and the front desk lacks proper support for both major and minor needs.

Long term stay We have been here two weeks and couldn’t say nicer things about the property and the staff. We had a fire in our home and are here while repairs are being made. The staff had gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need. We were initially in two rooms until a larger room was available. All three rooms have been very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is typical of a hotel breakfast, but Jody makes it great with her welcoming smile each weekday morning and the young women’s on the weekends has been great too. The M-W HH and apps is an amazing perk and Marta does a fantastic job making it feel like a family gathering welcoming everyone to the “living room”. The front desk staff is also exceptional, I don’t know the names of the ladies in the day but they have been great. In addition, Andrew and Anthony in the evening are super helpful and friendly. Early on Jennie on the housekeeping team introduced herself to us and made sure to know we could ask for anything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice. As is the courtyard and basketball court. My teens have enjoyed the spaces and the balls provided. The staff has also been helpful at shutting down some of the late night basketball games to allow for quiet after 10-11pm. The hotel is undergoing a renovation and the new rooms are very well done. The only negative is the TVs which don’t have the option for any personal subscription channels to be streamed on them. All and all if we can’t be in our own home we are very happy to be here with the team at Staybridge. The staff here is exceptional and I have seen them all go above and beyond in our two weeks here.

Dental Professional Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone of melanin decent. Let start with the additional charge because “hotels.com has the wrong amount listed”. (Not the incidentals, I’m fine with that one!) 2nd the GM Kimberley was unaccommodating thinking I was another hoodlum quoting fire codes and policies that can’t be located online. They checked me out of one room to charge me a 2nd incidental fee while refusing to turn the room over. I spent nearly $1000 for 3 reservations over 48hr. It’s worth noting that my Caucasian husband got treated in the most perfect manner when they did not know he was with me, as I didn’t sleep over the night prior; he did with our children! Very Nice Stay Visited family while we were in the area, and picked this hotel for our mini get away. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was adequate for me and my wife. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
