1 night stay The Hotel was nice, friendly front desk staff. The room was dated, but clean. The unnecessary disturbance was the housekeeping banging on the door at 9am despite leaving the “don’t disturb” sign. Checkout is at 12, please don’t knock hours in advance.

Kids, kids, kids The staff, room and general appearance were fine. The problem was health. There were dozens of children under age 12 running all over public spaces, unvaccinated. Marriott claims many precautions against COVID. Clearly, they failed here.

Clean and convenient We stopped here for an overnight in route to our final destination. The property is clean and the staff very nice. We only gave three stars because this is a three star type property to me. Overall a nice place.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced Visiting a friend in Boston area stayed here one night. Bar, lounge opened after 4 with small menu however you are walking distance to restaurants. No plugs for an electric vehicle; there’s a level 2 at a restaurant nearby. Rooms nice, lobby clean and modern. Breakfast not included but Starbucks coffee in lobby in morning. Lots of free parking.

Friendly staff, easy access to Rt 495, clean, comfortable what more can you ask for? I had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott Boston Marlborough for 2 nights total as well as participating in meetings and banquets. The staff is super friendly, the feeling you get is that it is more like a family atmosphere than a "job". The meals were delicious and the chef and staff were willing to work with our group to accommodate our requests. Wait staff was superb - pleasant and accommodating! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not hear anything from other guests. The lobby area was recently updated. Logistics for our meetings were completely taken care of by sales staff. Breakfast bar had ample fruit and yogurt - my favs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel - especially with easy access to Rt 495 and proximity to Boston.
