Good Experience Here We spent three nights here on the Fourth of July weekend. The desk clerk, a kind man, gave us local dining information which proved helpful. The Friday night room on the ninth floor was nice. The Saturday morning breakfast consisted of juice, yogurt, juice bottles, packaged muffins, and coffee. We ate the offerings and ate out for the other two mornings. The busy lady at the desk moved us to a handicapped room on the second floor. The room's wall is next to the shaft of the three elevators. The room's white noise machine buffered the noise of the busy Saturday night elevator traffic. The shower and handicapped facilities met my needs. My two showers were accomplished well. My wife found a parking spot close to the hotel on Sunday night. Friday and Saturday nights parking spots were busy with Fourth of July revelers

Hopefully you don’t need to cancel a reservation Accidentally booked the wrong date and they can’t be changed or refunded. $370 for two rooms that I’ll never use. Contacted them and they say that they can’t refund because I booked through Expedia...but they already have their money.

Average, somewhat tired but good enough for a one night stay. I stayed one night at the Sheraton due to wanting somewhere to sleep after a night out. My experience there was fine but the hotel for sure is nothing to be excited about. However it's good enough if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night. Room wise it was a bit worn, but clean. Which is the most important thing in my opinion. However in the bathroom the mirror was broken around the edges and a burn mark was on the wall, some of the wallpaper in the room also was separating. So that's what I mean by worn / tried. So they need to go through each room and fix up some of the little things. I also wish the place had walk in showers as I have a thing against tiny tubs with curtains. But that's personal preference of course (just a warning). I don't want to nitpick all of the small things but figured I would mention them. Bed wise it was comfortable, the pillows as well. I also didn't hear much noise, even though I was next to the ice machine. The A/C worked great and there was a little balcony. So if you need a close place to stay near the bars, it's fine although I do feel like it's a bit expensive for what it is. I think with tax it came out around 170. But if you plan on drinking and need a place to spend the night it works.

Not clean Not very clean. Found food under bed used band aid by pool. Old towels laying around pool area as well as empty beverage containers. Weird noise coming from air vent that kept us awake. I won't go to Sheraton anymore

It is a nice hotel, but ... Stayed there two nights for a tournament. It is a nice, clean, and slightly old fashioned hotel. Location is great. Several restaurants on the plaza. Room was large, clean. Beds are comfortable. Great pillows. However, a few issues with the room. If you value a quite night, take room on a side that is not faces the highway and DO NOT take room x01. These rooms share a wall with the elevators’ shaft, so you can hear elevators going up and down all night long. Hated the room. Another inconvenience is location of the outlets. They are exist in the room, but their location is not by the beds like in the newer hotels where outlets are build in the lamps on a night stand. Also, by default our room did not have a fridge, but hotel provided one by request. Bottom line, it is a good hotel, will stay there again if I will be in the area, but I will be much more diligent by picking a room.
