DO NOT STAY HERE After paying online for 1 person I drive with my husband who decided to stay the night I was told to pay cash for the difference of 20$ because for an extra person they don’t want to pay taxes. I handed them my card and they said NO YOU PAY CASH OR NOS STAY .. even though I had paid 120$ already for a night .. HOTELS.com did not help at all. DO NOT ATAY HERE .. they are all scam only taking cash payment to not pay tax .. and reducing you even if you have paid already

Don’t recommend staying here Wanted a place just to rest and keep driving the next day. There was a couple in the next Wanted a place to sleep and keep driving the next day. In the next room there was a couple who fought the whole night. Yelling and screaming the whole night also pounding on the door. They went all the way to the parking lot to continue to fight. I went to complain about what was happening and nothing was done. I was just ignored. don’t stay here if you want a quiet place to sleep!

Cockroach and Storage Rooms MY girlfriend and I booked this motel because it was a short drive to the toyota amphitheater. We got to the motel, there was a man walking around barefoot in the office that was the man that checked us in. He gives us our room key and tells us that its going to be 10 minutes until the room was ready. We assumed they were adding the final touches before we can go in, they werent. they were pulling out boxes upon boxes of audit reports and other sh*t from the room. A childrens tricycle and other stuff. We then get into the room, and it smells good, almost like somebody had just sprayed it with febreeze. We werent even in the room for more than 15 minutes before we had to leave for the concert so we didnt have the time to look around and make sure the room was clean. We get back from the show around 12 am and my partner uses the bathroom when she yells that there are families of cockroaches running around near her feet and coming out of the drain, dry left over pee on the toilet and cobwebs in the corners of the room with dead bugs on them. a bed harder than concrete and stains on the bed from god knows what. we were so disgusted that we left the place and left the key in the room, left it as we received it, bed was made, we didnt even lift a cover to get in. We got out of there as fast as we could and now after a 3.5 hr drive back home , I called their office to complain since there was nobody at the office at the time this was all happening, and they immediately denied my request for a refund stating that i am blind and that the room was clean. The staff was rude, the place was disusting. I have no idea how this place is even allowed to let people stay here. Keep your money and travel the extra 10-15 minutes for a better motel. This place needs a 0 star feature.

Tried to add imaginary cash fees, wanted all cash payment This is for the Motel 6 on E street (supposedly the slightly nicer of the two Motel 6s in the area). Bad experience-left before checking in. At check-in the son(?) in the management family tried to get $40 cash from me, demanding a "refundable cash only deposit, $20 per day," which was never disclosed when I booked online. He wouldn't say what it was for or what the total charges would be and so I said, "whatever you need to charge you can write down and then if I agree and if it was in the booking you can put on my card and give me a receipt". Suddenly no cash deposit was needed. The son and mother(?) then proceeded to pretend they had no idea how to use my credit card. They kept saying, "no it's a debit and we need a pin" and refused to listen to my guidance that there was no pin because it was a credit card (which I’ve used successfully for over a decade in thousands of places). Then they wanted me to pay all in cash. This was all too sketchy for me so I stayed at a lovely place nearby instead. I won’t bother with any Motel 6 ever again. I've now experienced 3 of them. At least this one didn't have hookers and homeless crowding outside like the others... but there are plenty of other motels/hotels nearby or in nicer areas that don't try to get extra cash out of you.

Thought it was nice. Made reservations for this hotel, the manager/owner were so rude and mean. Wanted to look into the room daily to see we didn't do any damage to the room. Do all my bookings on line and the owner actually told me I couldn't do that anymore and if I did he would personally cancel it for me. Next door guests pounded on the doors, multiple guests all HOURS 24-7. The only people that were nice was housekeeping. Last night he charged me $105.00 because he said I needed to pay him. So bad so rude. Pay the extra $10-20 go to any other but that one.
