Perfect location in Downtown! Stayed a week for work. Located downtown so you can walk to a weeks worth of restaurants. Breakfast bar is clean and well serviced. Desk crew is attentive and friendly and coffee is always available. Patricia is awesome! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only downside to this hotel are the SLOW elevators but that's not the staffs fault. Note this is a unique hotel- it's on top of a parking garage - but just pull up next to the elevator on any level and you will get to the lobby. Definitely recommend!

Horrible Customer Service What a horribly ran hotel. Out of the blue, they canceled my next year reservation without any reason given. I’ve tried to call them multiple times to find out why and they either don’t answer or hang up right away. I recommend avoiding this hotel all together and finding a different hotel near by.

Fairly Standard Hampton While the physical plant of the hotel is odd for a Hampton, the room and the breakfast were consistent with what I would expect from the chain. It sits over a parking garage; the lobby and check-in are at the the top of the garage rather than at street level. There is plenty of parking in the garage. The room was clean and in working order. The free wifi was a bit slow.

ADAM IS RUDE We came here for bereavement and When we checked in, it was really nice the front desk lady Patricia was very helpful. She was very kind and that’s the only reason I gave this place a 2 star. When we came back after Patricia was gone and the front desk man Adam was very rude and threatened to call the cops on us because our 3 small children were being loud. He ruined this experience for us and will not ever book here again.

Room not worth the pay Our room had a bad odor. We had to buy candles to over power the smell. Rooms are way too small. Even the television is too small. Furniture is way out dated and needs to be cleaned. $359.00 was way too much for the room that needs a lot more attention, we arrived late Thursday evening due to flights maintenance issues. Checked out early Saturday 6:00 a.m. I would recommend to check other locations before booking here.
