Opinion The service in the Hotel are so well the people who works there are SO Nice. Thanks for an excellent Service The hotel has an excelllent waiters and weitress. Thank You i think this pleace is a hotel that i need to visit more than one Try In My personal experience i recomend this hotel

Above and Beyond! We had the good fortune of bringing 100 visitors to the El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel for the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The staff did an incredible job of taking care of us - in particular our group department contact Maria Solano and our on-site liaison, Alex Leon. For several years in advance we worked closely with Maria via email and she was always professional and prompt to reply. Once we arrived, both Maria and Alex went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests were taken care of and that our group had a positive experience. They even provided security to secure our selected viewing area during the eclipse (which was a very crowded and chaotic event - made smooth by the efforts of Alex!). An all around excellent hotel, with an incredibly professional staff, the El Cid should be proud. We give our highest recommendation to the El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel and we hope that our work allows us to bring more groups there. Thank you to Maria and Alex and the entire El Cid team for giving our travelers such a wonderful experience.

Deal The deal is sometimes bad and the same cleaning. The installations are beautiful and Comfortable. And the food is delicious but the attention of some waiters is bad and slow. I recommend that that aspect be improved and that the staff be friendlier.

El Cid hotel is old but well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pools are very crowded. Thai restaurant food was not good at all and very disapponting.

EL Cid mot worth it Poor food. Golf course not up to decent standard There was dog facies all over the course. Loud noise everywhere brass bands in the beach loud speakers all around the pool area. we were very disappointed we will never go back.
