Room TLC The good is the staff, very good. The lobby and front exterior very nice. The room was very lacking. Paint, a good cleaning, and a bathroom makeover is needed. Breakfast area was nice, but typical Quality Inn choices.

Disgusting rooms, does not follow ADA TLDR: staff did not follow ADA regulations for service dog, bed filled with bugs, stains, and pubes. Room reeks of musty mold. Grass is full of trash. First to begin with I have a service dog and booked this hotel because it said it was dog friendly. We arrived at the hotel very late due to traveling and when we got there the lady says we made it just in time because she was about to cancel our reservation. When checking in I let her know I do have a service dog. She then asked me if I could provide documentation which is illegal and a violation with the ADA (which I did file a complaint with) I refused to do so because I am not required by law to do and I did not have it on my person at the time I just wanted to get to sleep as I was tired and it was 3 AM. She then proceeded to tell me she will have to charge me $20 for my service dog. After checking in we went to the room and upon walking to the room there was trash all over the place and looked like it hadn’t been kept up with in years. We get into the room and get a big whiff of musty mold, the bathroom smelled of a combination of chemicals and musty mold. It was very humid and everything was damp because they did not have the air on in the room. The bed was disgusting there was dead flies in the bed, unknown stains, and pubes. You could hear every single noise from outside and from the neighbors above and next door. There was no outlets near the bed, the usb plugs did not work so you had to charge everything across the room. For being a pet friendly hotel the grass was disgusting and filled with trash (even a old fire extinguisher) I was worried my dog was going to step on debris and get hurt or even a used needle, it was that bad. The beds are stiff as a board and we left in a rush the next morning so did not have time to go to the front desk. I called the manager while on the road and they had said since I did not come to complain in the morning they cannot do anything about it. We rushed out because we were late due to not getting any sleep because of the loud noises, bugs, musty mold smell, and the beds were prison cell cots. The bed was also on top of an aluminum block so every time you toss and turn you hear the aluminum banging around. Overall do not recommend would steer far away from this place. The sleep you will get elsewhere and not worrying about bugs or breathing in mold or not having to deal with non compliant ADA staff is worth more than the money you will save at this place.

Dirty! Dirty! There was makeup on the hand towel. There were bugs and stuff on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been swept for a long time. There was something on the ledge above the sink. Might have been a bug but I couldn’t tell. There was also something in the side of the mattress pad. It was just gross. We would have left but we had a hard time finding a room in the area.

I thought I'd never be told to wait in the car. Let's start with the necessities. Clean sheets. No, mine had cigarette burns. Hot water, Yes No bugs. Yes Good Wifi. Yes Clean bathroom, No Now for the bad and maybe unbelievable. I arrived at 2:20pm. No one behind the front desk. Another employee said she stepped out and would be back soon. She came back 5 minutes or so later with a dog. She walked her dog? Owners allow employees to bring pets to work? She looked at her watch. Said you're early. It will be about 20 minutes. You can wait in your car, I'll come get you. Wait in my car! OMG, LOL! If I knew I would get my points back, I would have told her off and booked a room at Sleep Inn nearby. If I were an undercover Choice inspector, I would have fired her on the spot. (Wait was about 12 minutes. I'll guess that's when she was done playing with her dog.) I got to the room. Notified the front desk girl the sheets had burn holes and the toilet had dried poop on the rim and inside on the side. Clearly visible for housekeeping if they looked. (I have photo) Sheets were changed and bathroom was cleaned about 3:26pm. Toilet has a leak in the gasket. It loses water and fills by itself. AC vent filthy. Common housekeeping! (I have photo) And just so you know, OWNER, under the bed has not been cleaned in a while. Much dust and other stuff. (I have photo) Does management care about your reputation? Not by the looks of this room. Wednesday morning about 7:20am I was walking the second floor walkway to breakfast. At the end of the walkway where you take a right, a guy was smoking a joint. (And yes, it smelled good.) He must have been real stoned because he did not notice me until I passed him. Also while walking to breakfast, garbage bag filled with towels left on the walkway. (I have photo) Long term people staying there keep a chair and large ash tray outside their door. (I have photo) Breakfast, if you eat bread, this place is for you. (I do not eat bread) So, all they had for me was luke warm eggs like all the other hotel. Hot breakfast is not hot for everyone without sausage or bacon. No juice either.

Never again. Absolutely disgusting room (110)! Hair in the corners, smudge marks on the TV screen, bathroom / bath dirty with dust and hair. The chair in the room was sunk in and broken. I was horrified. The air conditioning was extremely loud that we had to turn it off during the night.
