Fantastic Customer Experience! We always choose to stay at a Hampton Inn when we are traveling. The experience is constantly top notch from how we are greeted when we check in to the clean, updated rooms, and the most comfortable beds. It is clear their staff values their customers and the customer experience and it shows in everything they do. During a recent visit, I accidentally left behind my favorite jacket. I was crushed! I called the front desk on the off chance they could find it. They offered to look for the jacket and call me back. I was thrilled when they called to say they found it! I am so grateful to Andrea for her help in getting my jacket back. It is employees like Andrea who are making a difference and setting the Hampton Inn a part from their competitors. It is employees like Andrea who make the Hampton Inn a memorable place to stay.

good motel for price of a hotel Below average value. Older building, ongoing repairs. Many more repairs to do - missing 1 of double pane glasses in window (room 203). Below average breakfast, when compared to other Hampton Inn locations. Barely any cars on the parking lot. A good motel for price of a hotel?

Good visit as return guests Stayed at the property with family due to death of a family member. We have stayed here before and they have always done a nice job. Granted there isn’t much around the hotel except for a truck stop gas station, there are restaurants and grocery stores with 3 miles of the hotel at the next exit down. Free parking is always a plus and it is right of the highway. Currently, if you want to use the pool or fitness center you want to look elsewhere since they are both currently closed. It wasn’t listed on their site when booking the room but we weren’t there for that anyways, but if you are, call to confirm. Greensboro is about a 15 minute drive to the center of the area and is about 15 mins to Burlington. Shoutout to Rachelle, Darius, Andrea, Lacy and Cindy. They were great the whole time and were working hard while we stayed there. We will return.

Hilton honors member? What difference does it make? Listed two adults and two kids as guests, but only had four large towels for the bath? Remote control for the living room TV didn't work. The bedroom remote controlled both TVs. The controls for the bedroom AC are broken (room 300). No way to turn it on. I don't feel appreciated as a Hilton honors member because..... what difference does it make? I'm just another guest. What does "honors member" mean if Hilton can't anticipate how many towels I'll need based on how many guests are arriving? Why should I have to report broken AC or malfunctioning TV remotes? Why should I have to be in a position to tell you what's wrong with the room? Isn't that your job? By the time I arrive and nice what's missing or broken, it's too late to make a good impression. I'm just another guest and Hilton, by all measures, might as well just be another hotel.

DJ Although room was clean, hotel is in need of updates (old & tired). HVAC thermostat on wall inoperable (had been taped over). Breakfast was not good...eggs, sausage, potatoes were all cold (threw away). Current rates are not a good value....sugest looking at other hotels in area.
