Awesome and Refreshing experience This was not a trip I was looking forward to due to certain circumstances. I stayed there with my sister. I was blown away by Robin's kindness and knowledge of the local places. She helped me with a situation that had nothing to do with my hotel room or stay and she even set me up with a restaurant by the hotel that a friend of hers owns. Anthony was very nice . The restaurant was ok. The pool area is nice. The elevators are dead. Might as well be a walk up. Reading the other reviews is confusing because I didn't experience any rudeness from any staff member the entire time we were there. I will be back in the fall and I will stay here because of the personal care and attention I received from an awesome lady.

Very disappointing stay Extremely disappointed. The room was very hot, AC would not cool, pillows were flat, makeup mirror did not work, and then we discovered early the next morning there was NO hot water. We asked for a fan for the room, and were told there were none. Maintenance came up, looked at the thermostat, shook their head and said it was working. Would not recommend!

Unhappy Traveler As a traveler, I would not recommend this hotel until major changes are made. Check in process was excellent. I get to the room and the refrigerator freezer was feoEn shut. The refrigerator had so much dust on it, I could write my name on it. The room phone did not work at all. I had to make several calls with my cell phone to the front desk. The two elevators didn’t work fully, only one for guests. Needless to say, I was pissed being my spouse is disabled. The eatery was trash. There were no silverware, the $14.95 buffet was not worth it. For what was on the buffet, we could have paid less at McDonald’s and had better. The television didn’t work, my mother n law had to be moved because the television didn’t work at all. Oh, let me add, they never told us about the additional charge of $50/day for incidentals and when I asked about it, I was told it allows you to order and charge things to our room. On check-out day, housekeeping started knocking on the door at 830am, “ma’am, check out is 11am”. The location is great.

Skip this one Stayed March 3-4, 2024. We've enjoyed many Hilton stays but this was possibly the worst Hilton experience we've had so far. 1) Front desk staff ignored me for minutes while she was processing old key cards, unfriendly and unhelpful. 2) When I asked if there were any upgrades worth considering, she said no (the hotel was nearly empty). 3) There were half-eaten chicken bones on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, and they were still there the next day. 4) Our room had a loud Rooftop Unit making a racket right outside our window (in room #316), 5) carpet tacks were sticking up through the carpet at the border with the tile, 6) missing light bulbs on desk lamp, 7) we could only find 2 cups in the room for water or coffee, 8) Shampoo was gone - broken off the wall...
