Nice, and a good value for the area Very nice, especially compared to the similarly priced Hampton Inn right next door. The amenities at the Embassy Suites are what you’d expect from this brand. Staff is professional, and rooms were clean. Only minor issue was that there were two big black hairs on the bed when we showed up, one on top and one actually under the covers. Bed seemed clean, though, so assumed it was just from the cleaning staff. Breakfast was great, even though they were super crowded with some family reunions that weekend. I recommend it if you have to stay for business or family travel.

Not a good experience Very very noisy. Broken coffee maker and hotel doesn’t have a coffee station. Took three trips to the front desk to finally get a coffee maker replaced. Elevator broken. Heating vent fell off in the middle of the night. Low class clientele. Never again. Bag of weed in parking lot and aroma of pot in the hotel.

It's a nice place for family travelers. Let me start by saying when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The lady that checked me in was not overly friendly. When I got to my room, it was really nice and also spacious. Now, this was a business trip, and I needed to catch up on work and the entire time, I can hear the music from the open concept of an Embassy Suite, not good if you are trying to focus. Guess what, that music was on 24 hrs. a day, thank goodness, the bedroom was on the backend. I ate at the restaurant which was just average, the salad was boring, and the old fashion was not good, they muddled the cherry and orange (not the appropriate way to make an old fashion). All in all, it was a good stay but would be better for non-business members. One last thing, there was a family with children next to my room and I could hear everything since the walls were paper thin.

Do NOT Recommend - AVOID this Embassy Suites Do NOT stay at this hotel. I am a Hilton Honors Member and have stayed at Embassy Suites in many locations over the course of twenty years. I have never had a bad experience at any Embassy Suites until I checked into the Embassy Suites in Memphis, TN during President's Day Weekend of 2024. The issues that we experienced during our stay included, but are not limited to: (1) lack of parking causing the security guard to tell us to park in a fire lane; (2) no clean linens for the pullout sleeper sofa upon arrival (we had to ask for the clean linens to be delivered three different times on the second day of our stay); (3) unprofessional and argumentative front desk staff who escalated a simple request to have access to the soda fountain machine during the so-called manager's reception into an argument; (4) subpar manager's special with limited drink options and a few pre-packaged food in small bags that one would expect in a sack lunch for children; (5) lack of extra toilet paper and a laundry bag stocked in the room; (6) only one wastebasket in the entire suite (just one in the bathroom); and (7) a limited breakfast buffet as compared to other Embassy Suites. To top it all off, we did NOT receive the type of room that we reserved. We reserved a suite with two queen beds, but were placed in a suite with one king sized bed. Finally, the hotel's restaurant (Frank Grisanti) had basic and bland food with marginal service. AVOID this hotel at all costs!

just info for future travelers Hotel was being renovated, but not a big deal. Got to our room and the TV, lamp and WIFI in the bedroom portion of the room didn't work. Woke up the second morning and found NO HOT WATER working in the entire hotel. Later found out that the boiler broke. Woke up both mornings and found the lobby/lounge areas' trash overflowing, beer cans/bottles and glasses from the night before were still on the tables. This hotel has potential to be very nice, but the weekend we were there was very disappointing for a Hilton/Embassy Suites.
