Return from Canada. I am inclined to give this place a one star rating but in the interest of being fair, the sleeping area in this motel appeared to have some renovations. There was new flooring and the beds were okay. the bathroom was another story. I don't know if every room was the same or not but this room had the bathroom from hell. The ceiling tiles were falling off and had water stains and something that appeared to be mold. The shower walls seemed dirty and the shower fixtures looked unclean. Yuk. If you think that the breakfast bar might justify the stay, you better like Twinkies & coffee. Rack rate is less than other motel 8's along I 39.

Go to quality inn across the street You get less than you pay for. A lot less. Bathrooms floors are not clean, damage throughout the units, internet is spotty and breakfast doesn’t include coffee.

OK for roadside stop Very convenient to a McDonald's. It seemed like a typical motel you find at an interstate exit - but once inside it seemed like an "inner-city" motel. There are many signs of "do and don't" - surprising as it is out in the country. Room was large, clean and a very comfortable bed. TV was rather small - but good picture. Sink was in the room and not in the small bathroom. Breakfast was a pack of sugar doughnuts - no coffee or juice. It seemed like they want to get you in and out as fast as possible. No greetings. But they were helpful as I left a package in the lobby - they reminded me to pick it up! If you are just looking for a room to sleep - and eat at McDonald's - it is OK!

Needs more attention to detail. I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. Check in went smoothly. My room, a ground floor queen handicap, was clean, with a comfortable bed/ pillows and newer fixtures. Room access is via an interior door. The hallway carpets could stand a deep cleaning. WiFi speed was 11.9 megs down, 7.22 up via Ookla. Most of the normal amenities were in place, such as the microwave and small refrigerator. Noticably was the customary single serve coffee maker which is a major issue for me. I didn't see a luggage cart. My digital AC/heater worked well. The television had a good selection of channels, a good picture but was a bit small. The breakfast area and lobby were clean, but from what i saw there is a very limited selection .No working snack and drink machines on any floor. There is a no guest laundry, no fitness center and no business center available. Given the lack of basic traveler amenities, I doubt I will be back unless there isn't a Wyndham property anywhere else close by.

Wayside Stopped here after a full day of traveling when the weather deteriorated. Staff was nice but lobby and hallways were dirty and cluttered. Worn out carpeting is ok, dirty is not. No working internet, but I didn’t inquire of staff. Room was in need of a deep cleaning. Plug ins on the makeshift night table were barley functional, whatever you plugged in fell out of the sockets. We were charged an addition “cleaning” fee of $25 for our dog (which is fine) just do the cleaning.
