This is an awful place! This is the worst Red Roof I have ever seen. The grassy area for walking dogs is very dirty with feces. What appeared to be a long-term resident of one of the rooms opened the door to the outside and let two dogs out loose! I told him to control his dogs. He picked up one by the scruff of the neck and threw it back into his room. The other one charged me and my dog, but fortunately kept on running. I was very much afraid he'd come back and attack my dog. After my shower I discovered the hair dryer didn't work. I went to the front desk and was told nothing could be done. I suggested taking a dryer that worked out of a different room but was told that was not possible. (The following morning, I went back to the desk and was then given a dryer that worked.) Then I discovered there was no blanket on my bed! Just a sheet and the thin cover. Back to the front desk, where I was told a blanket would be found for me. I asked if it would be brought to my room and was told yes. After waiting about half an hour, I went back to the front desk, where I was handed a blanket. Oh, by the way, there are no phones in the rooms. The pillows were terrible! Lumpy and very uncomfortable. Find a better place to stay! I will, next time I'm in that area.

Beware! The pop machines only work long enough to take your money. They dispense not product, but they do cycle as if they did and take your money and reset for the next sucker. Red Roof has a lot of challenges in getting their franchise motels up to snuff. However, getting them honest should require NO time to get on track.

It was amazing had a great time and there was amazing service 10/10 Had a great time here antionett was amazing she was nice and helped me though the entire process recommended her to anyone she’s there weekdays only so make sure to book weekdays the place is right above mu budget and it’s tidy and clean definitely going again

Rundown. Broken. Room Stinks like Ashtray. Very run down. Look at pics. Smell is terrible. There is no way we are in a nonsmoking room. Bed is hard and cheap. Tub filthy. Door looks like someone got locked in and tried to claw their way out. Clerk was nice.

Dirty Super dirty. Food left in microwave and microwave didn’t even have the plate. Bedding was dirty and stained. Bathroom and shower had mold. Shower was dirty and stained. Sink did not drain properly. Wish we could have got a refund.
