Don't book here save your money. This was one of the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The floors were not mopped or even swept. The lightbulbs were not working and I had to go and request for 2 new bulbs the only bright light (not to make a pun) was the very friendly desk clerk who was sweet as could be and offered to come and change for me, I told her I could change. The parking lot needs major repair. In fact the whole hotel needs repairs. The lights that are on the outside of the rooms are as bright at night like the ones on streets. The bathroom floor was not clean and also has mold. I give props to the young lady at the desk while we were there she gave us good places to eat for dinner.

The worst ever The worst hotel I have ever been. Dirty, filthy, old, smelly. Never again. The bathroom was scary, the entire room dirty, furniture half destroyed, if I didn’t arrive very late I would have left immediately. The floors are dirty, the AC unit sounded like a nuclear plant through the night…. The reviews are all true, and the fact that the owner/manager replies saying that they have their clients’ comfort and satisfaction as a top priority is laughable…

Reconsider your choice This place DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES!!! BEWARE! It was not a good experience. The room is in need of MAJOR repairs to walls, toilet, shower, everything. Margaret - the front desk was lovely, very kind and helpful and clearly unable to intervene. We were not quoted correctly the price to both leave our car there and get transportation to the cruise port terminal (not from Margaret). However, our car was safe there for a week - parked right in front of the entrance. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not as described at all but adequate. Margaret could only do so much - we will never return there

Dirty, no filthy! This place is a mess. I can’t even begin to describe everything that was wrong in our room. The door wouldn’t open unless you put your shoulder into it and pushed with all your weight. I couldn’t open it from the inside, glad I was traveling with someone strong. Several light bulbs were blown, stains on the towels. Just filthy!!!!! We booked for 1 night before leaving on a cruise, stay somewhere else.
