Needs a renovation Hotel is a full block away from the beach and not on the beach. Hotel is old and dated and in need of a major renovation. Air-conditioning is noisy and electrical sockets not in convenient locations. Shower mechanism, no instructions. In the restaurant for 2 coffees and 4 croissants, they charged 75 dollars but was comped by the hotel.

Great Miami beach spot Great staff and location, amazing value for the price. Great decor, easily walkavle to lots of restaurants and night life. Right in the middle of south beach, short walk to the beach. I stayed for two weeks and will be back soon. Shout-out to the staff for being super flexible with me.

Amazing! A great experience by the amazing staff at Casa Faena. Specifically Orlando and Maria were very friendly and helpful to complete my stay in Miami. The hotel was hosting a grand opening of their restaurant and serendipitously it was a nice touch that I’m grateful for! Thank you Casa Faena! -Alex E.

Extremely clean/ Amazing employees This is the seventh or eighth time that I have stayed at this property. It is always very clean. The rooms are very clean, the bedding and bathroom is spotless. The people are extremely professional and friendly. Extremely accommodating. They make you feel welcome you never feel like you’re interrupting them. In particular on this trip, I was greeted very professionally and they even carried my suitcases into the hotel for me. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Gerrit and Orlando. These two gentlemen went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. I look forward to the next time as I will definitely choose this property because of the employees and also how clean the rooms are. And I would like to go on to say that I travel all the time, and this is one of the best experiences even when I’ve spent as much as $900 a night. This property is much less expensive than that, but you’re treated as if you were at a Ritz Carlton or a Saint Regis. Actually, I was treated as well at this property as I have been treated at the Peninsula hotel.

Casa Faena Casa Faena is super charming! A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quick getaway. They have a great restaurant on sight. However, bring a laptop or ipad if you want netflix because their TVs are not smart TVs. The hotel is old and very retro. We loved being helped by Orlando! Will be back very soon.
