Amazing Getaway! We visited the Cadillac as a family of 6 with children ages 8 to 21 and had an incredible time. The rooms were in great shape, the main pool and adult pool were both beautifully maintained, and we found the staff friendly, helpful and just plain amazing. Although we didn't come across anyone we didn't appreciate, rock stars included Emily (server by the pool and cabanas), Delvis (pool and cabana manager), and of course Esteban (the almighty concierge) were a few of our favorites. The location was perfect - near all the fun but not in the middle of the fray, close by to many delicious and authentic restaurants, and a beautiful beach just a few steps away for when we needed a break from the pool. During our stay, we borrowed the complimentary bikes to ride down the convenient walkway into the heart of South Beach and even rode the free trolley to get around. We travel often to destinations all over the world and we would highly recommend this location. Even with the city's close-by constructions to alleviate flooding and beach access, we hardly noticed because we were so happy with the accommodations and amenities.

Couldn't do enough!!! Being someone who has worked in the hotel/restaurant business for the last 30 years, I would be letting many people down if I didn't recognize the service, atmosphere , and friendly vibe you feel everywhere you go at Cadillac Miami. However, as amazing as all that is, the staff members will take you to the next level. smiling the whole way!!!! George Front Desk - greeted us with a great smile and a welcoming wave of "come over this way" Once engaged the professional questions and answers were cleared and we began to talk food and the neighborhood. He took the service to "Plus 1" by absolutely making sure we knew exactly what we wanted to eat and then giving us a quick breakdown on each one. It was excellent. We saw him about three more times during the day. A big "Mr. Fallan" was always followed by "how is everything". Uniform clean and impeccable, appearance very welcoming and professional. We really enjoyed George and are thankful he was our guy... The doormen... Not sure what their names are but the shift was Sunday morning 8.8.2021. Always smiling and initiating the guests. Great group of guys. If I could make one suggestion for the driveway, it needs a luggage ramp so people aren't walking up and down the steps with luggage. Now as good as the lobby guys were, I am giving the gold to the outside F&B staff. WOW WOW WOW.... Our first encounter was with Barbara. On the beach, hotter than hell, and here comes this smiling happy lady asking what she could bring us... We ordered and in less than 5 minutes we had 2 drinks in our hand and a plethora of suggestions... She never stopped making us feel welcome and that the staff was happy to be there. Has to be hard as can be to act like that in that heat all day and she just didn't stop smiling and doing her thing... It was AWESOME. We then moved up to the pool for a bite to eat and cooling cocktail... There we encountered Ginger... The sweetest, kindest, soft spoken server who didn't miss a beat... She answered questions, made suggestions, explained how everything would work and went about hitting her other tables and not once did we feel like we couldn't find her or needed anything. We sat off the bar and although I didn't speak to any of the bartenders personally, (I didn't have to) too know these kids were legit... Had to be over a hundred, bar is 2 deep, service bar won't stop, food is showing up randomly about every minute and these kids just rolled!!! It was great to watch as an old salt high volume bartender... Not once did I see any of them leaning or standing. It was a teamwork training video... Talking to each other, making sure each customers orders were correct and good, banging out drinks on rapid fire and most importantly, smiling, joking and dancing.... They fed the fun laid back party atmosphere effortlessly. That's what makes a pool bar fun inviting and makes you come back next time... I was highly impressed and thought to myself, "I have to let Barbara know how good her kids are doing up here" and low and behold guess who magically appeared at the top of the steps while I thought that. Yep, Barbara!! Told you she was good. I called her over, told her and the smile that lit up her face was like a kid on Christmas day... It told me everything I needed to know about this joint... She really cares. She is a problem solver and you will be in good hands.... Next person I noticed was a guy doing maintenance work on some of the equipment at the outside bar... About 20 minutes later while I was waiting for my check by myself this man stopped over and asked me how my experience was and if I was good... I said you must be the manager too, he said yes my name is Bruno, did you enjoy everything... At this point, everything was so spot on I gave him the same compliments I gave Barbara. Once I had told Bruno, he immediately went with praise right to the kids... Very soft spoken and humbled he was so happy someone noticed as he explained how they are short staffed, it will be busy, it's gonna be hot and non of that matters to them.... They show up work do a great job and come back the next day... He really was truly proud and happy to be head of this team. He was a great conversation and no doubt someone who is a leader... Great guy!! And our last two... After dinner we walked to Diana Marie for dessert and coffee... Daniel was our waiter and then we a blonde manager from I believe her name was Elaina.. I hate that I forgot her name because she too was engaging, welcoming, so proud of her staff, but so full of wonderful and knowledgeable conversation I think the the ol y time I caught her name was when she came over to.chexknon us and I was pre occupied and didn't hear it. Either way, AMAZING!!! Daniel could not have been a nicer guy to speak with... We spent the week traveling south Florida and the Bahamas. We spent many nights in hotels and restaurants meeting tons of staff and many many managers. There is not one ounce of hesitation in my mind the The Cadillac Miami rocked out every single aspect of what classic customer service based hospitality was is and should forever be... It will not be long before you see us again and in the mean time hopefully some of our friends and star hers who will read this review on TA, Google, Marriott, Facebook etc... You have a wonderful product, a staff the be proud of, and just an overall great experience there.. put it on Shine and Blast it.. Fallan 8.8-8.9/ 2021

Although the weather was hot we had a good time! I had a pretty good time here on a trip I took with my cousins. The hotel itself was beautiful and everyone was friendly. I wasn’t too impressed with the Bungalow Restaurant………they messed up my order and my bill numerous times. The Italian restaurant there was great! There were 2 employees that really stood out and went over and beyond for us……..The Concierge Esteban assisted me with looking up different things prior to my arrival and also went over and beyond to assist once I arrived. The other person that was a great help was Wilkerson he made sure we had our chairs set up in a comfortable spot on the beach for us and also took some pictures of my group for us. I will definitely be visiting again.

Complete Sheet-show This hotel is run like no one could care what the guests think or experience. Maybe others see good service but I could not get anything or anyone to work. Key doesn't open, ice machine didn't work, TV wasn't working, but as it turned out, someone took the Chrome from the back of the TV so they moved my room around midnight. The maintenance man, when he finally showed up was fantastic and got the new room working, but what a hassle to get anyone to do anything. Forget about asking for a receipt, or anything from the front desk, the attitude seemed to be, you should feel lucky that we allow you to stay here. The room was OK, kind of revamped, old and charming if not small and basic rooms. Cute as it's a very old building. Location was not close to south beach. Traffic in the area is a mess, but it is on the beach.

Beach day I love this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, staff was super nice, specially Wilkinson who was very nice to us and made our stay the best vacations ever. Will be back soon. Best beach, drinks!!
