Great location with all of the essentials I normally book boutique/luxury hotels when traveling, but for the reason I needed this hotel in Miami during the most sold-out week of the year (Art week) when hotel rates are 5x their usual, this hotel did the trick: Location and essential amenities were fundamental. I needed a hotel in the most central location to be able to pop in and out of frequently. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom fully functioning, the air-condition was perfect. I already know Miami hotels can have thin walls - my room was actually very quiet throughout the week at night… I brought earplugs just to be safe and although I wore them while sleeping just in case, they were not needed at all. Great location. __

Lied!!! We booked this property through Airbnb to arrive on Saturday February 26, 2022. We were driving to Houston (3.5 hours from us) for the flight early Saturday morning. Friday morning I check my email only to find out this place cancelled my booking due to "flooding". I was very suspicious of this reason. There were bad reviews all over for this place but it was the only thing I could find on Miami Beach for our trip. I tried emailing the hotel through Airbnb with no response. I tried calling but no answer. We I was left with a very few short hours to find another hotel. I could not find anything in South Beach and had to stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The day we arrived at the Miami Airport (Saturday) I drove straight to the hotel and walked through the entire property and there was NO water damage or work or closed off areas. It was business as usual. I guess it was a blessing we didn't stay there due to all the horrible reviews. However, this place left me stressed to the max with their lies. I did not head the warning of other reviews but please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!! I did file a complaint with Airbnb and will file with the BBB.

Should be shut down Do not go. It’s a scam. Save yourself some misery. Room prepaid. Arrived and said no rooms available. Filthy, rude. Staff sat there and stared at large groups of people whom they had defrauded and who had to find last minute rooms elsewhere. Run run run.

Don't stay here Horrible hotel, don't stay here. At check-in time they don't have the rooms ready and the lobby fills up with people waiting. The guy qt the desk just told us we wouodnhqbe to wait,, no ETA or anything, ridiculous that he expects us to spend our vacation waiting in their dirty lobby. Shady, dirty place

Nightmare of a hotel, stay away from it A criminal place that should be shut down immediately. They ruined my recent vacation and refused to pay for that. At check in I was given a room with no bathroom (room with private bathroom was prepaid of course), just because they sell rooms at least twice and my room was not available. Public bathroom on another floor, with a broken lock, everything dirty and unsafe, electrical outlet broken, wifi not working, no breakfast (prepaid as well), very loud at night, ended up going to bed with no shower and got no sleep at all. Had to find another hotel and spend lots of money. Both the hotel and booking.com refused to do something about it, claiming it was all ok because the hotel was ready to upgrade my room the next day. DON'T!
