Excellent Stay! Excellent hotel for my short stay. The hotel does charge a $200 incidental fee which was immediately returned upon checkout. I had the money back in my account within the hour. The staff (check in and check out took less than 5 minutes) and cleanliness (housekeeping every morning) were top notch and it offers a free breakfast (eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, cereal, muffins, apple, oatmeal, waffle, coffee and juices). The location is convenient as it’s at the Palms of Town & Country mall, next to Kohls. Publix, CVS, restaurant & stores were walking distance.

Pleasantly surprised I was pleasantly surprised. Based on some of the reviews I was a little concerned and then a family member suggested the neighborhood was sketchy. Based on my experience, the bad reviews were wrong, and the area was great. Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It has recently been renovated and you could see that in the decor and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was basic continental hotel breakfast, but everything was fresh and refreshed as needed. I felt like we got good value for the rate. The hotel is near the Town and Country mall. There are several nice restaurants nearby and the mall area is clean and felt safe. There is a Publix nearby if you need anything as well. I didn't feel unsafe at all. Cons: The bed was not my favorite. It squeaked any time you sat on it or lay down and was a little too soft/worn for my preference, but that's really the only negative, and bed preference is personal, so maybe it works for you.

Horrible experience! Not worth the stay.. I stayed at the hotel the first week in February due to a family funeral. I had a horrible. During my experience during my stay, the smoke alarm kept going off, and one night, the fire alarm went off. I reached out to the hotel supervisor when I expressed what occurred, and he was super nasty . I advised that I would write a bad review. His response was that he doesn't care because people write bad reviews. Spoke to the manager, Luis .As a curiosity, he would give me a $100.00 credit, and I never received my credit.

Pleasant stay I had made a booking through booking.com, the hotel took the money from my bank account on the day before we arrived (6am) at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after a long trans Atlantic flight and upon check in the staff member asked for payment again, at this point I informed her that I had paid earlier that day. We were told we had to pay again for any damages and would get this returned upon checkout. I tried pay again but at this point my credit card would not authorise (highly likely it knew it was a second payment of the day) and due to my card being an internet based card and not having numbers upon I had to log onto the hotels wifi in order to hand over my banking app to pay this second charge. Anyway after this we were given a room on the 2nd floor and as soon as we came out of the lift all you could smell was marijuana. We opened the room and the smell was so strong we had to go back to the desk to ask to change rooms. The receptionist understood and instantly apologised and changed us to a different floor. The hotel overall is in a good location for food, shops etc The hotel itself is clean but the rooms are basic, there were no plugs in the bedroom area. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was better than I expected.

Just Mediocre This was our first stop, for one night, on our road trip to Key West. This apparently used to be a Counry Inn and Suites and is currently being remodeled. Definitely outdated. Parking is free and the spaces are tight. They charged my card $100 for amenities. The room was ok for the price. We did not eat breakfast as the space was small and there were too many people.
