Visually stunning The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that is the good part. - The rooms are typical hotel rooms. - The temperature control of our room (841) was either hot or cold. We set our room temperature to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. When the air-conditioning turned on, it would freeze the room and then it would get warm. - The desk lamp was broken and did not work (See picture). - The shower control looked like it was missing a piece (see picture) - The bathroom vent did not work so you had to keep the door open when you used the bathroom so that you would not suffocate. - Not sure what this room was next to, but it seemed like anytime the elevator was used, there was a very loud and disturbing sound that wakes you up at all hours of the day. Forget trying to get a restful night sleep. We were all exhausted in the morning because of waking up due to the loud noise. - They give you a $30.00 food/room credit per room, per day for a diamond Hilton Honors member, but a 12" peperoni pizza that did not taste good was over $20.00 with automatically added 18% gratuity. This was not worth $200.00+ per night

Awesome staff!!! The service at the front counter is everything!!! We start here twice a year for the past 3 years. Thalia and staff did everything to make sure our stay was great. Ty you all for great service. Please just open the section to walk through to pool. 3 years of walking through security is not that convenient.

Truly an amazing experience! I've never been one to really pay attention to online reviews. Most of the time, reviews are written by extremely angry people who have unrealistic expectations about life in general and they come online to vent out their frustrations like sensitive children. I work in the hospitality industry, I know those people all too well. Not this review! I stayed in room 3035. An absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom condo that boasted more than 1,800 Sq. ft. that more than enough room for myself my brother and his 3 kids. The kids loved the space. I took the master bedroom of course, where I had a whirlpool tub to relax after a long day. I have to give a shout out to Thalia who hooked me up. I had called her with some concerns about some of the reviews I had read. I hate getting myself wrapped up in reading negative reviews. I have to remember that some of those reviews are written by evil and vindictive people. This hotel is just fine. It's clean, and quiet, and it served its purpose. Don't believe the reviews on here. Remember, each case is different and each experience is different. Don't let reviews deter you. Believe mine, though! Thanks for reading!

Saddens me to write this Been going here for more than 10 years. Steady decline. Poor housekeeping. Pool terrible. Pool bar is never open. Vallet slow. and expensive. Local family can't visit. The reason is to keep it quiet yet on weekends it is a madhouse. Would not bring my Kids there again. I used to call this my second home. Saddens me to write this. Staff can be hit or miss. Just around the corner are homeless sleeping. Be careful when it says 3 bedrooms, actually 2 BR with den. I have recommended this place in the past but reluctantly I cannot anymore.

Amazing Stay We booked last minute due to flight cancelation and flooding, in Fort Lauderdale. We drove to Miami and found this jewel. The hotel was immaculate. From valet to housekeeping, to the cleanliness of the room. There were no issues at all. I would definitely be back soon.
