Josey and Alvin are the BEST!!! I have been a Hilton Honors member for a while and have been to many of their properties, however, I have never experienced customer service like I did at this location. Josey and Alvin working the front desk were AMAZING. There was a delay in my room at the time of check and my room requested (King) wasn't going to be ready for a period of time. The amount of customer service they provided was just exceptionally 5*****. All during my 5 day stay they both ensured that all was well with my accommodations and always inquired if I needed anything. It was always a pleasure to see their smiling faces as they greet you when you come off the elevator. This may seem to small to some, but for someone that does a lot of traveling and come across a mnay of hotel representatives and hotel concierge, they by far take the crown!!!!! Keep up the amazing customer service, you will definitely be rewarded!! Oh, the hotel was nice and great location, room was nice and clean.

Nice hotel stay before cruise Very nice hotel we stayed before we left on a cruise. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and open till 10:00 a.m. which was appreciated. Jocelyn was particularly helpful when we were working out some issues with reservations so shout out to Jocelyn for the excellent customer service

Great Stay! The room was very comfortable. Breakfast has a great variety. Most of the staff is Amazing. Jossey and Trinity are the best , very attentive and helpful. The property is clean and the area is very walkable to find food. The only down side was one of the elevators going out every other day. Plus the one rude woman that works at the front desk. The rest of the staff is amazing, No other issues.

Customer Service Needs Improvement Regular hotel however we had a large group and many of our requests were dropped with no care. Further, they are so concerned with cya that they wanted to keep reminding me of the "complimentary" meeting room we requested for an hour and that we changed the time. Not that some of us were stuck in the Delta debacle of the cancelled flights and stranded but the fact that we needed to slightly change the time. Unfortunately as anyone that follows me knows I am big on customer service, this hotel dropped the ball even in the end when they could have made things more at peace. So it is a no for me and I will be sharing with my corporate clients that live in the area as well.

Great location Staff was super friendly and nice. Our sheets were dirty right when we checked in. The supervisor if housekeeping came in to help and view. The breast was nice and quaint. The parking was $22 per night at least I knew my vehicle was secure. There was a huge stain on the floor next to the bed and there was a weird peek hole in the bathroom. I felt bad for complaining about the sheets so I didn’t tell them about that. I have a video and photo of this however it won’t let me post
