Worst experience ever. The place is the worst experience ever had rooms filthy the attendant poor custumer service. Old beds dirty sheets . Dirty carpets. Dirty bathroom and shower. Well I couldn't even explain to anyone how this place is runing. It should be reported and closed down. Roaches. You name it they got it. Asked to speak to the supervisor Noone to talk to. No pots no cups no wash cloth. Wow I just don't understand. Just was reading the reviews and is not what expected in miami at all. Just wanted the hole experience to end quickly.

Incredibly dirty and uncomfortable Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel! Don’t trust the pictures from their website, rooms are old, dirty and noisy, the fridge sounds like a helicopter unless you unplug it… The matress of the sofa was dirty and rusty, we asked for a change but we’ve been brought another more dirty and more rusty! The outside gives the appearance of a quiet and welcoming cottage but once you’re in the room you realize that it’s a waste of money and time. The 3 nights we spent there were uncomfortable, tiring and made us willing to leave asap! Located nearby the runway of Miami international airport, you have no idea how noisy it is when you can’t sleep with an aircraft landing or taking of every 3 minutes! How dare they take a deposit of 150$? My advise? Stay away from this place.

Bad experience Room was dirty ,and wet . even towels in shower . We came from France in Florida to have relaxation, and we can’t use the pool , closed for few weeks said the man at the front office . Breakfast was good for the is brand level.

Fair experience. The accommodations were average. The sofa bed wasn't the best but worked. There's a full and functional kitchen. The outside could use a little maintenance work. But if you just need somewhere to sleep and be out in the day. This is a great spot.

Velho e sujo Very expensive for what the hotel delivers. Large and well-worn room, carpet, curtains, dirty sofas, too soft bed, no room service, poor breakfast in a tiny space, few staff and I simply didn't expect to stay in a hotel in Miami like this one. Not to mention that we booked 2 rooms as there are 3 people of both sexes and privacy is essential, but when we arrived there was only 1 available making us scramble for 1 more accommodation in another location in the middle of the night after 12 hours of travel. Never here again.
