Husbands….this is NOT wife approved! My husband booked this “hotel” (I think it’s also a homeless shelter) because it was close to the airport and we had a 13 hour layover. Room was clean but bare bones basic - a bed, tv, 2 cheap rolling office chairs on vinyl flooring. Went in the bathroom to wash my face and attempted to hang the wet washcloth on the towel rack and it fell off the wall! Water pressure in shower was very low and I felt the need to wear shower shoes in the dirty shower. I’m reading reviews about the vending machine for drinks being down for almost a month. Why not replace it? I walked down there and the out of order sign is still there! All night there was noise of furniture moving, dogs barking, people arguing, kids running…this was a Sunday night until 2am! I ordered food through a delivery service and as soon as I got the notification that the food was left outside of my door, I opened it to find that the guest across the hall was trying to grab my food! If I had been one second late, I would have lost my money and food! That goes to show what kind of people actually stay there. Sketchy activity going on in the parking lot all night. I begged my husband to leave at 4am even though our flight didn’t leave until 10 but I was just ready to leave it was such an uncomfortable stay. Towels and sheets were clean so I gave them credit for that. Don’t go expecting a pool- it’s closed!

Appalling Appalling. On check-in the staff member was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. We clearly inconvenienced her. The week leading up to our stay I left messages about our room and the shuttle bus, no response at all. So waited an hour for the shuttle bus, got a taxi in the end to find out their shuttle is temporarily out of service. Pool is out of service (our two reasons for booking this hotel). Pretty sure there is blood on the blinds in the room. The air conditioning clicked all night. We have 4 nights booked, we’ve been here less than 24hrs and I can’t wait to leave. We knew there was minimal to do in local area but would have been happy spending a few days by the pool. Sadly, this is not to be the case. I would avoid this shabby hotel. Positives: the following staff, even though did not speak English were very patient and friendly Breakfast is mediocre

They will steal your money, lie about it and get you put out with your family Very nasty staff. Very nasty company overall. They’re nice to the folks that come for work and have their companies pay from abroad. They know how to act right with them because they have contracts. To regular consumers with families who really need a place to stay or to vacation. They’re nasty, r4cist, heartless, will be mean and talk crap to your children even. There’s no way to complain. The CS line is fake. If an employee at the site steals from you there’s no way to report them to anyone. I was there several weeks with no problem. I'm sure my stay costed me well over $10k already. As I did every Monday, I came to pay for my room for the week. This is when Hispanic front desk agent approached me and offered me a discount saying she knows it's hard for families. Tells me that she also is tight on funds herself and that if I give her $50 my rate will be discounted for the rest of my stay. I give her the $50 and she gives me the weekly discount. She shows me on her iPad to show me my new rate in which I was extremely pleased. I didn't enconter an issue until it was time to pay for my room for the next week. This is when I get interrogated by the meanest poor excuse of a manager I've ever met. Extremely mad at me as if I have access to change rates on their iPads. Acting like it's my fault as if I did something wrong and not her own employee. Mind you I didn't know she did anything wrong as we did everything at the front desk, on camera, at loud. I had no idea there would be an issue. I thought she was giving me I'm a good customer discount. I had no idea she did anything to have me exiled like a dog with my children. I called the CS line to get assistance and they informed me that their thieving unprofessional staff had the last say so I was put out. What adds insult to injury is how humble I was there due to my living situation. I never complained about the AC leaking. The glogged sink I bought draino myself for. The cheap dirty bedding I replaced and gave them back theirs. The halls smell like animal I don't think they ever shampoo that carpet. They never had tissue, towels, toilet paper ect. After they kicked me out and as I'm waiting for additional transport since my things and my children cannot all fit in my car. The same $50 theif and her mean manager call the police on me as if now I'm not good enough to stay in their parking lot. When the police arrived and heard my story they even cried for me. Told me to keep my head up because the devil was busy in which I agreed. When you're faithfully spending about $1k per week for a stay and is offered a discount ; there's no way ANYONE would refuse said offer. I'm a struggling single mother and was treated like trash after doing nothing wrong at all and spending several thousands of dollars. I pray all the companies that use them use other extended stay type hotels around the country not these evil folks!
