Good PRICE vs COST I've stayed 2 times in less than 2 weeks, in a different room. Very good cost x price, but need to fix some points in my opinion. - 01. The shower is to old and to week. - 02. The bed is too small for a couple. It's described as QUEEN size, but isn't true. - 03. The shuttle going from hotel to airport should have some reservation list. In the first hour (6 AM) during some high demands periods, it's possible to have more than 11 passengers, and someone should leave to take a Uber or Taxi. Otherwise, well located, and after 1 PM it's possible to early check in (if available).

Please don't stay here This place isn't the cheapest, but even if it were I still wouldn't stay here. Stayed here for one quick night before our cruise and unfortunately it didn't help. Air conditioning wouldn't work, TV wouldn't work (channels kept going in and out), bathroom door wouldn't close all of the way or lock. Shower door wouldn't close all of the way and leaked water into bathroom. Positive was the breakfast area was fine and breakfast wasn't terrible. Don't recommend.

Okay We stayed here for an overnight layover. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shuttle service was good (although it doesn't run very frequently). The downsides were that the AC was quite noisy, the windows seemed quite old so they didn't block out much of the aircraft noise, and we were not warned that there are renovations ongoing so the breakfast room was closed and only pre-packed takeaway breakfasts were being handed out. Had I known this I would have requested a vegetarian breakfast, but I didn't ask at the time as I was worried about missing the shuttle bus.

Bad customer service I reserved 5 rooms and everyone ended up paying for their rooms on their own credit cards. My credit card was charged $5 for 4 rooms. When I called I was told by Nina it was a service charge. Told me to get the $5 from my friends. They would not refund my card. I was never told this when I booked these rooms. We go to Miami around 1 time a year. We will not stay here again. Also breakfast wasn't good. If you stay here, make sure of the hidden charges.

Poor Customer Service First of all, book through a service, not Sleep Inn - the room price is about 50% higher through their site. Secondly, make sure that you arrive at the same time as their shuttle or you could find yourself waiting for an hour. We just missed one (so they told me) and we had to wait an hour for their next scheduled one - they would not send the shuttle back to get us!
