Bugs, Cigarette Smell, Stained Sheets, Terrible Room I had low expectations going in, but good lord is this place a shitbox. Despite the 100% Smoke Free signs all over the property, my room smelled like cigarettes the instant I walked in, and people were actively smoking outside all night. I then turned on the light to see a stain + a dead bud laying on my bed, along with (at least) 4 other bugs flying around the room. See photos if you want to meet the whole gang, maybe you’ll be “lucky” enough to meet them next! Next time I’ll sleep at a rest stop and risk getting stabbed, this place is a smelly, bud-infested dump.

Management is garbage Management here is dreadful. Downright, they stink! I gave this two stars because the rooms are clean, they accept pets. Another family member and myself inadvertently made reservations for the same room, same date and they played mind games with us. They asked my nephew if he had a reservation # for the room. He didn’t and they didn’t bother to tell him the night was already paid for. If you do find yourself making a reservation here,be mindful of your reservation paperwork and double check your bank records, too We had an experience here a couple of years ago where they kept double-billing my credit card at least twice. I am very leery of their business practices.

Awful, awful, AWFUL! This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever laid eyes on. We arrived around 9:00 pm and the door to the lobby to check in was locked. A man finally unlocked the door and was clearly under the influence of some kind of substance. We checked in and proceeded to our rooms and we were met with a foul smell, a half drank water bottle still sitting on the counter and there was a used toothbrush in the middle of the floor. The bed spread was covered in stains and we saw what we can only assume was mold surrounding the edges of the bathtub. The other room we had reserved had holes in the bedspread from cigarette burns that were large enough to put multiple fingers through. We immediately returned to the check in desk with our belongings and requested a refund as we had no intention of staying in such a filthy hotel. We were told we would need to contact the manager the following day to request a refund. Fast forward to the following day and after 3 calls we have still been unable to speak with a manger to collect a refund on our unused stay. When calling we are told the manager arrives at 9:00 and she is unavailable. The employees are unable to identify someone to assist with guest issues when the manager is unavailable and the only answers they are able to provide are “I don’t know.” If I could rate this hotel -5 stars I would. Absolutely awful accommodations, staff and guest assistance. DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

Disgusting Hotel We should have checked the room out before we paid. Lesson learned. The room stank, mold in the shower and a variety of insects waltzing around the room. Dirty face cloth slung over the shower. The bottom of the bathroom door looked like something had tried to chew its way out. All Red Roof Inns are not created equal as we have had many good experiences with others.

Don't even consider staying! Nasty! Very dirty! A/C falling off wall, folded up paper under furniture leg to keep steady. Dirty toilet, black mold around tub, baggie over sprinkler in ceiling, spider and web on wall, cigarette burn holes in bed spread, sticky and dirty floors, curtain falling off rod, security light outside door flashing all night, only 1 bath towel, some holes patched but not painted, other holes not patched and no hairdryer...just in case you need to bring one. Front desk said room was clean so I needed to complain to manager. Asked to speak to Mgr...but of course he/she was not in and could not be called. It was high school graduation and we had come to watch our granddaughter graduate....no rooms available at other hotels.
