Excellent Hotel this was an excellent hotel and they saved the day i had booked a different hotel scheduled a shuttle pickup was told they would pick me up at the time i needed then when i called they dont offer the hours i needed so i was left stranded at the hotel when i called Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Airport/Middleburg Heights they was very friendly and very accommodating they sent someone to pick me and my husband up from the airport at 2am our bed and pillows were very comfortable and the beakfast was great would stay here again

No Straight Answers I have been a frequent guest at many Hampton Inns over the years, both for business and personal travel. It is usually my first choice when available. I've stayed at this unit many times over the years, but the past two visits have been disappointing. It may sound petty, but I am upset because they refuse to serve decaf coffee at breakfast. I've never been to a quality hotel anywhere that doesn't serve decaf. Even Super8 & Motel6 provide it. I was at the Hampton in Williamsburg 2 weeks ago & they served it 24 hours a day. The people at this unit gave me a crazy explanation -- they don't serve it for breakfast, but they claim they serve it after 10AM (after breakfast!!!). However, on both days of my visit, I was in and out all day and it was not there. Why would they serve it after breakfast anyway, as they claimed? Guests are usually out by then -- either checked-out or out attending to business. The whole thing is a lie -- they are too cheap to put it out, even though room rates have gotten much higher. They even suggested that if I wanted decaf for breakfast, I should brew it in my room & then carry it down several floors to the breakfast area, one cup at a time !!!

Weird middle of night happenings! All was pretty much ok with my room and the bed is extremely comfortable! My issue was weird stuff happening in the night. 2am phone call, radio alarms going off repeatedly through 2-4 am. Doors opening and closing multiple times! Just weird, got very little sleep and felt unsafe. Moved rooms in the am. Breakfast good.

Still needs WorN We last stayed in June and was hoping for significant improvements. Well, there were a few improvements (better breakfast) but how would you feel if you checked in and was told that your room was not ready (we checked in at about 6 pm) as they had only 2 housekeepers on staff that day. What? I had to wait a half hour? No reason. And the TV is still a nightmare to navigate. No clue how to work it and, of course, still no instructions. Better than before but not the best by any means.

Comfortable and roomy suite I stayed here for two nights in a suite and was very pleased with the accommodations: good-sized living area with sofa(bed), chair and ottomans, kitchenette with counter and two chairs, bedroom with two beds, desk and desk chair, large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate vanity/sink area outside of bathroom. It worked perfectly for two of us sharing a room. Parking is a little odd, with some in front, a few spaces in back (and there’s a back entrance) and also on the side. The parking spaces in the back were most convenient. Breakfast was sufficient, though the toaster is permanent set so low that it took my English muffin 7 times through before it was browned…they said they couldn’t change it (certainly there was no adjustment that I could see). Two elevators, both working. Beds were comfortable and because the bedroom isn’t right by the door to the hall, it was fairly soundproofed. Check-in was a bit hectic…the computers went down so it took a while. But desk staff was always pleasant and accommodating (we had to come down to get clean towels the second day…what’s that about, Hilton?). One of my favorite Hampton Inn’s!
