Misrepresented! Guests beware. Oh boy, I really hate writing a bad review. I will just list some facts because somehow the site I booked through had rave reviews and this experience is just not what was represented. 1. People who are down on their luck live here. Yes, this is an extended stay hotel. Families, people with the dogs, people down on their luck very clearly live here. This is not your typical tourist/just passing through town population staying here. 2. The breakfast is a few chocolate mini muffins and a few NutraGrain bars and coffee. If you are there in time to get some. They are stored in the bottom cabinet by the front door. 3. The entryway and touch surfaces are dirty. 4. I am sure I’m very lovely person clean my room, and the majority of it was spotless! But upon closer inspection, there’s blood on the blow dryer cord in the bathroom. Blood! 5. Very sweet staff. But buyer beware. I’m most definitely not staying again when I’m passing through town.

Extended Stay Review - Must Read Hello. I am writing this review and I hope it will be useful. To begin, I served the Hospitality Industry for 23 years providing Telecommunication Services. During that time, I visited trade shows, was an exhibitor, and guest speaker. I also traveled Internationally to hotels in many countries. I have met thousands of General Manager and owners. I have been blessed by the Hotel industry. Here is my review: Cleanliness: The hotel is very dirty. Expect the floors to be dirty, the trash rooms on each floor has a distinct bad odor, and entrance way to dirty. The outdoor area has cigarette buttes laying around the entire property. There is dog dropping all around the property. Last year's leaves are laying on the ground and surrounding area. 1 Star Staff: I am going to keep this brief. I have never experienced in many years of travel rude staff until my stay at this property. The General Manager lacks people skills. 1 Star Billing: I can provide multiple examples of billing errors. If you stay. Prepay. Get a statement that shows the amount you paid, the length of stay, and your checkout day. Make sure your balance is zero. If not, expect for unexpected charges. 1 Star Location: Great location. Close to dining, movies, ski resorts, and area shopping. 4 Star During my stay, the US Marshall had to break into a room, the fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night and we had to go to our car during cold winter months, at least 2 deaths at the property that I am aware, and allot of noise. Stay at your own risk

Felt like I was staying in a prison.. This is by far, the worst experience I have had at a hotel. The heavy police presence and the lack of privacy is ridiculous and the general manager has no business ethics or communications skills. I have been locked out of the bldg on 2 occasions. The first being because all the doors are exit only, except the lobby and for the better part of my stay, the keycard reader was broken,, so you had to ask persimission to come in after 11 pm and the worker was no where to be found for nearly an hour. Tonight, I was unable to enter the hotel as it was on some kind of lock down with a bunch of police and guns. Nobody was allowed to enter or leave for any reason. SERIOIUSLY?! There is no way I would recommend coming here and definitely not if you have a family.

Don’t stay here Room is filthy and furniture is broken. Bathroom sink is plugged. Furniture is covered in paint or fingernail polish. I feel dirty just sleeping here. I will get my money back and sleep in my car! Spoke to front desk girl and she could care less!
