Updated, Remodeled Hotel This property was going through a remodel during our stay. Our room had already been updated. Things felt clean and new. The breakfast has been moved to a meeting room. It was somewhat cramped, but understandable given the circumstances. Unfortunately, a fellow guest’s vehicle was burglarized on the night we stayed there so heads up.

Never Again I'd stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. The breakfast is decent and the location was what I needed. I made the mistake of assuming this second stay would be a good or at least a decent stay. However, I was wrong. Between two bugs in the bed and the challenging customer service after noticing the bugs...to be accused of putting them there to get a free room...I had to leave. You may be fine there, but I won't take the risk again.

Nice hotel, great value. In town for a softball tournament. Front desk staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Recent renovations made everything feel nice and new. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Room was clean and had most amenities. Only thing missing I would have liked was a freezer. Great value - highly recommend.

Great hotel The hotel was very clean, the room was nice, and the staff was super friendly. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was what you would expect for free breakfast. Waffles were a hit with the kids. On the downside, there was a crime scene outside the back side of the building when we were leaving.

Poor service In October I stayed here for ONE night. Checked out and everything was fine. Notice there was an additional charge of $250 taken out of my account. Called the hotel and was advised that is was for a smoke odor. I’m not a smoker and I checked out at 6:00 am that morning. Tried to dispute the charge and the manager was rude and nasty. I was in an adjoining room so the person next to me could have smoked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Oklahoma. There is a Spring Hill suites right down the street that has way better customer service. The breakfast bar wasn’t even what they say it was. I really think they were trying to get money from people during that time cause we had a real bad ice storm and everyone was without power, so they were trying to make up for money lost. I wouldn’t have a problem if I did something wrong. I’m a person that follows policy and procedures to a tee.
