Misleading their customer to pay A LOT more Made reservation for 2 adults & 1 child (14 y.o.). Asked to pay 60 EUR extra for extra bed or suggested to sleep in 1 bed!!! Manager and receptionist are rude and not helpful. Entire hotel - 2-star the most! Broken parts in the room, dirty. Executive room we received is a tiny place - 3 people can hardly move there. Parking costs 20 EURO per day!! - 50 meters down the street, you will pay third of that price.

Perfect location, good service Best known hotel in Miedzyzdroje. It's best time were some time ago (80's and 90's). It's a fairly expensive hotel. Once an undisputed star of the coast - today it is dim. Unfortunately, its current quality does not justify high prices for accommodation. Renovation is coming. I hope that it will also bring a new quality of service and rooms, which do not come together with today's four-star standard. Unfortunately, high prices will probably remain. Such rules prevail here ...

Great location This hotel is ideally located for those wishing to holiday on the sandy part of the Baltic. The staff were friendly throughout. The breakfast was excellent throughout. Some parts of the hotel decided tired.

Spare yourself a 2 Star hotel..... This is so dissapointing I do not know where to start. Partly growing up in Miedzyzdroje and watching the hotel being buildt in the 80's, coming back was a dream. This is not a 4star hotel. Not even close. Interior is old and very unmodern just like the reception staffs sence of service. We've booked a executive room (paing 210euro for one night. Look at the attached photos, do it look executive to you?) with one extra bed for one of the children. But when arriving all the rollups were sold out and we end up 4 persons in one double bed. The receptionist Ania said to me: "you should have thought about this before" (powinna pani o tym wczesniej pomyslec). Even though i booked one and had a confirmation. And i got the same answer when asking for parking (theres absoluteley no area to unload the luggage). Unless you have an expencive car. Then you will be offered a spot as "show up" in front of the hotel. Prefered models: BMW and Mercedes. For three times the money, of course. No aircon and open window is not an option due to the music playing from the promenade and restaurants. The website announce surprise for the children when checking in. Dont let this fool you. Nothing for our children. Just another scam. And if you read other opinions about this hotel, the managers answer are just copy/pastes. No effort is taken to actualy respond the remarks from paying guests. Not in the reception either, sadly. One more issue to handle. The SPA. Makes me wonder if the've ever been to a spa? Nothing here is spa like. Dirty showers (common),loud, green and dirty water in the pool. The spa girls and lifeguard was nice, though. The only thing in this hotel worth mentioning as 4 star is the speed of the wi-fi and the view from the executive floors. Spare your money and book some other place. This 4star hotel is a big joke giving different treatment to certain guests. I happen to speak polish but is not polishborn. My bad.

Nice but needs some changes Nice clean hotel with an excellent location. Very nice breakfast buffet. The room service menu is very poor with limited items. Nice cozy room in winter and super view, but I noticed there is no air conditioning, not very nice in summer time as Ive visited before. T.V. channels are also not very good, no film channels and others mainly German stations. Quite expensive hotel for this resort so should try and update somewhat or the other hotels will be taking their custom. Still good but the competition is catching up.
