A Very Enjoyable Stay! We stayed here last year and encountered a peculiar situation in which only the fourth floor had been renovated. Luckily, we came back about two weeks ago and it seems that the renovations are complete throughout. We had a fantastic stay, the hotel was very clean! No problems whatsoever, everything was great. I was surprised as their website advertises 32" TV's in the rooms, however our room had a larger TV, perhaps 50" or 55"? It would be a good idea to advertise the updates to the hotel more, as it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Fine Hilton Garden Inn close to I-95 Close to I-95. Relatively easy access from the highway. Renovated in Feb 2024 - the lobby is very nice but the age of the hotel still shows through a bit in the rooms (although there are some nice modern touches like a very secure charging port and a Keurig coffee maker). There were two upholstered, comfortable chairs In the room - a wing back one and a swivel desk chair. We stayed two nights in 309, a double Queen room that was slightly larger than the others. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower combo. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Redeemed my stay in Connecticut This was a last minute choice after a horrible hotel stay across town and the Hilton redeemed my visit to CT. Some notes: • Good location. Near Ale House. A few minutes drive or 15 min walk to Walmart, Dave and Busters, Stop and Shop. Close to Cracker Barrel (I opted out of the $18 hotel breakfast), short drive to Milford Green, or the Pez Center in Orange, CT. • The room had a deadbolt lock, also blackout curtains which was a plus for light sensitive sleepers. Was able to control the thermostat. • A room clean and linen change is available upon request if staying more than a couple days. • Available utensils (plasticware and paper plates and napkins) by the front desk • Complimentary cookies at the front desk • The TV connection in back of the television was loose, which would disrupt service when swiveling the TV but nothing too major. Overall a good stay.

There’s good and bad The good: the staff is very friendly and helpful. The not so good: they charge $18.00 for breakfast. I’ve never seen a hotel breakfast worth that. Cracker Barrel is close by. Much better choice. The chair in the room is not comfortable and there’s no light near it. I had to move furniture around to have light while I was reading.

Find another Hilton property in the area Don't expect any help from the GM when there are issues even for a frequent Hilton customer. The "guarantee" appears to mean zero and can't even get the courtesy of a response. Every time I have stayed at this hotel I have had issues. I started staying at other Hilton properties in the area about a year ago and decided to give it another chance because I do like the location. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and once again had issues. The best part of the hotel is Maria in the breakfast area....she is a diamond in the rough.
