Much better than expected, plus great customer service from Jeff I stopped here for one night during a recent family trip through California and was very pleasantly surprised by what I found. It's a nice, clean place in a good location. The rooms are definitely a notch or two above what you expect to find in a Travelodge. But what really elevated the place to the next level was the customer service that I received from Jeff at the front desk, who went out of his way to make sure that my trip was awesome. What a great asset to the company! Thank you, Jeff!

Great location, clean & comfy Pleasantly surprised by this Travelodge. Of course, it's a good value, especially for such a nice location. Rooms are larger than others I've stayed at. Very clean & comfortable. Front desk is extremely nice/friendly/accommodating. I highly recommend.

Stay away! over 30 insect bites, rank odor, other problems I've stayed there multiple times over the past 8 years and know it's very basic, but this experience was one of the worst I've had in any budget motel. 1.multiple bites from insects living in the pillows – the bites were on parts of the body which had made contact with the pillows 2. rank odor of stale perspiration on both bedspreads, which are thin and therefore easy to wash and dry, but nobody had done that 3. large (about 36 inches by 48") heavy framed pictures above the beds are not secured to the walls, so even a slight earthquake tremor could send them downward to smash the heads of guests in beds 4. filthy bathroom window screen caked with a white substance 5. very dim lighting with low wattage bulbs, and one light did not work at all 6. all telephones in motel out of order 7. Shower door did not have handle so it was impossible to close the door from inside the shower, so water got on the floor 8. Breakfast is still really poor compared to what it used to be at that location 9. dirty carpet as usual

Needs some Work. The Travelodge is quite large while the accommodations were a bit scant, It seems a bit outdated and in need of some serious maintenance. In fact, I had to come out of retirement from the army to combat the ants. The room was sparse, to include th lack of a phone to call the office. Despite the fact that my daughter and I could sleep there well, the breakfast we were told was available was lacking. My daughter was able to get dressed to go to the old cable car for coffee and sausage bisquits. I. do understand that most of the motels in the area cost far more,

Clean and comfortable with great staff We were here for about a week in July. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our schedule in the room varied quite a bit from day to day, but the room was always cleaned while we were out. Great job there! The room had everything we needed, was very clean, and at a great price. We are coming back for five or so days in September. The only downside I can think of is that the refrigerator was set too cold and froze some juice we had on the shelf. We'll check that setting when we return there in a few days. CN, Maine
