don't trust you'll actually have a room over 25 family members and I booked rooms at the Graduate for a funeral. I was traveling with my 85 year old mother and the afternoon before we were to fly out I got an email (this was after the confirmation email we'd gotten) saying they'd overbooked and were bumping us. Turns out over half our group was similarly out of luck. No text, no call, so it's lucky I checked email. They never found me a room, and the city was packed. I finally managed to get my own room, as did other family members, but it made organizing get togethers over the course of the weekend a hassle, as well as the added expense of Ubers to get myself and my mother to and from the hotel. The points they offered to stay at one of their properties at another time after I escalated my complaint didn't in anyway make up for their shoddy business practices.

Use great caution about booking. This hotel, otherwise pleasant, has the worst problems with booking than I have experience in my life among advanced countries. The weekend I was there, most of my fmaily members were told 24 hours before their arrival that their reservations were cancelled, and the hotel did nothing to assist in getting rooms in other hotels, or to offer any kind of compensation. In several prior bookings in 2024, I found the website somewhat duplicitous. It offered discounts "up to 32%" but when I tracked them down they were no more that one half of one percent. I would be vary cautious about booking here. Do NOT use an aggregator. Phone directly with the fron desk (which is staffed with pleasant but overwhelmed young people).

Medical stay It is great place to stay for me because it is so close to U of Minnesota Medical Center.Restaurant is great.

Nice stay, very close to Campus. We needed a cot at the last minute later in the evening. The front desk staff and support staff were very helpful and had it up to our room within 20 minutes. Very thankful they were able to help us out.

Great accommodation This accommodation was a quality establishment from cleanliness to comfort. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, housekeeping did excellent work with attention to detail. Location of the property was walking distance to some wonderful eateries and the metro stop. It is also in the heart of the University of Minnesota and very close to many facilities (football stadium and fitness center where hotel guests may obtain a day pass to use the entire facility). A nice restaurant (The Beacon) is also conveniently located within the hotel.
