So nice This was a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly just wish they had breakfast and not just boring breakfast sandwiches for $7.00. After I spent over $200 on a hotel

Fine but there are better options The hotel itself is nice - there is nothing inherently wrong with it, but for the money, I don't think it's worth it. There are better hotels in downtown. A couple of things to be aware of: 1) The hotel does not have its own parking garage. There is a parking garage across the street but your pay the standard rate as the public. This means NO IN/OUT ACCESS. It is NOT a cheap garage so you'll end up paying quite a bit in parking roulette and paying for it. 2) The gym is nice but they do not provide any stretching or yoga mats. Odd given it has such a large area dedicated to such. 3) Poor toilet paper quality.

After 10 Years, I'm done with this hotel. Awful Management. It's amazing how a single conversation with the GM (Troy), for this hotel, can end a 10-year relationship. I can see why a few of the sports teams that previously stayed here (L.A. Angels for example), no longer do. The hotel is a far cry from what it was 5-6 years ago. Room service is now brought up in a paper bag with plastic utensils? It used to be a 5-star experience - silver flatware, bone white china, etc. Last year, our son was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes, and this year, we believe our car sustained damage with the valet company the hotel contracts with. It was this incident that led me to call the GM with my concerns the evening after we arrived home, and as soon as we noticed the damage. The longer the conversation went on with Troy, the more things devolved. Part of the reason individuals are hired for a GM position is their ability to de-escalate a situation. I admit I was frustrated and upset before the call, but Troy only made things worse. He was just awful. I will be reporting him to corporate, and I will never stay at this hotel again. Done.

Great rooms Clean, spacious rooms. I walked into my room and was in awe with how large and pristine it looked. Great bathroom as well.

Very nice stay Very pleased with the quality of rooms here and cleanliness. Wish there was a cheaper parking option but I get it, it’s downtown….
