Don't stay at Extended Stay America Mishawaka North I made my reservation through HotelPlanner.com for last night, 9/7/24. When I arrived at 5:50 PM the young man behind the Front Desk, Jordan, told me that he had my reservation but he had trouble locating a room for me. He made a call and told me that his Manager said that they were booked and didn't have a room for me. This is Saturday Night near South Bend when Notre Dame has a home football game. Jordan was very polite and when I asked him what I was supposed to do he said I should call the third-party that I used to make the reservation. I left and did just that. Hotel planner called Jordan and he explained they there was a mistake in reporting from Housekeeping and he did in fact have a room for me. I returned and checked into Room 115 which smelled like smoke. I called Jordan and he relocated me to Room 129 and I checked in. I noticed that the bathroom sink was filthy and when I ran the water the drain was stopped up and drained very slowly. I was late to meet some friends so, as I was leaving, I stopped at the front desk and told Jordan. I explained that it wasn't a big deal because I would be gone for four or five hours, so please clear the drain and clean the sink while I was gone. I came back at around 11:30 PM and the sink was in the same state. I wanted some ice so I looked in the freezer and found an empty ice tray. I went to the Front Desk and asked where the ice machine was and was told there was no ice machine and that is why there is an ice tray in the freezer which would have helped if I needed ice the next morning. This morning I woke to find the bathtub had a ring around it and there were hairs in it. As far as amenities in the room, there were two small plastic cups, a small shampoo container and one very small bar of soap. The kitchen floor and carpeting have not been swept or vacuumed in weeks as there was visible dirt everywhere. The tub faucet has a slow drip. The kitchen exhaust hood is dirty with rust spots. This room had a kitchenette but there were no utensils at all. I was totally disgusted with your facility and completely disappointed with my stay. Extended Stay? Hah! I couldn't wait to escape. Enjoyed our stay, will stay again This hotel is in a great location, and it wasn’t too busy, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and had good space, also the beds are comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home, help when needed.

Wonderful stay My Room was very clean hotel is around a few stores and restaurants good area to book .. front desk Keshia was exceptional very helpful the housekeepers are nice and offered assistance and warm welcoming throughout my stay as well as refreshing my room upon request

Horrible trip I recentky just stayed at extended stay north mishawaka, in. Whenever my family has something there I usually book a few rooms. The most recent stay I was charged $267 because I had tobacco in the trash never smoked in the room throw stuff in the trash and they accused me of smoking which makes no sense, my husband went to the car each time he smoked. I have stayed at several place and have thrown stuff in the trash never accused of smoking. Thete breakfast was ridiculous i have had better grab and go. I just want my money back and I will guarantee I will never book with them nor will my family.

Bad place to stay They canceled my reservation at 2am after I called and told them I was going to arrive late and the reservation was for three nights, the people were ok to talk to but breakfast was a joke and room was not cleaned well. The floors were sticky even the carpet.
