Courtyard Toronto Mississauga/Meadowvale Stayed at this location in January 2020 while on a business trip is Meadowvale area. The check-in was quick and very friendly. The hotel is very well located near a very busy business center. Easy access to many mid-range and high end restaurants and other amenities. The hotel is a bit dated but my room was very clean, well furnished and decorated. If you are driving the parking is complementary. The only negative comment from my side was that breakfast area is small and the menu selection is limited.

Quick get away We came for 1 night stay while doing other events in the area. The check in process was quick. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel lobby was clean and updated. We didn't use the pool/gym area or the restuarant/bar area. The room was outdated. Needs some work. Clean and comfortable. The light over our jacuzzi tub we couldn't use because it flickered the whole time if being dimmed. The tv remote had no back so the batteries kept falling out. The price was right so it is what it is..

Comfortable and clean but a bit of a way from the airport Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms. In the middle of commercial/industrial area so great if you're there for a quick trip layover and don't care to go anywhere other than the airport. Service was very friendly. Great pool and hot tub. Also nice common lounge area.

Great Option for a Quick Road Trip BACKGROUND: We were on a road trip to Toronto and wanted to stay close enough to the city that we could get to its heart within 45 minutes on a weekend morning, but far enough away that we would have free parking and pay more reasonable rates. LOCATION: This Courtyard is located near the 401, about 15 minutes from the Toronto Premium Outlets. The hotel is a bit hidden away in an office park but not impossible to find. I’m not sure I’d want to be there without wheels; the area is kind of dead at night and, other than Uber Eats and the hotel restaurant (which was terrific), dining choices are slim pickins’. ROOMS: Standard issue Courtyard rooms: comfortable bed, sofa, and clean bathroom. The hotel didn’t seem like the newest but it did seem well maintained. For working, the room has a regular-size desk with access to many outlets for charging one’s many devices, and free Internet. For creature comforts, the room had a refrigerator and a TV with a good selection of channels (English and French, at least one Chinese channel, one multicultural channel, plus most major American networks). OTHER ISSUES: As far as the basic hotel goes, this is a standard issue Courtyard by Marriott. What distinguishes it is the exceptional service. Perhaps I was easily impressed because I had had a rotten experience the night before with a different chain, but every aspect of service exceeded expectations. The check-in was delightful. (Maybe I’m just remembering the big bag of snacks to thank me for my Gold membership in the BonVoy program, but I also recall the staff being especially welcoming and courteous.) We ended up having dinner in the restaurant and the service was polite and quick. But what blew me away was that they noticed I had left my glasses on the table, and called me in my room to let me know. Of course, I had breakfast there the next morning. They didn’t need to remind me to take my glasses, but they were still extremely solicitous. What was supposed to merely be a stopover on a road trip ended up being a pleasant memory, too.

Beware! Beware of shady practices. I'm a loyal Marriott member for years and I've never seen anything like that. Upon my return from the whirlpool (wet and half naked) around 8pm I saw a person in my room doing something; the person introduced himself as a Marriott employee who was there to turn on the TV. What a service! They even send people to your room when you are away to turn on the TV. Later GM assistant Nicole B. apologized for the incident stating they made a mistake and would process some extra points for the inconvenience. Ten days later - no points. Not only they disturbed my privacy and entered my room without notice, they also lied about compensation for the inconvenience. Worst Marriott ever. p.s. looking at other people reviews I could've caught the person right in the middle of shady activity so I didn't lose any valuables.
