Dump of all dumps I've ever stayed in From start to finish, this was one oof the worst experiences I have ever had with a motel room. The clerk lied about availability or a first floor room, the smoke detector was in pieces on the floor; no coffee in the lobby, no coffee maker or even no cups of any kind in the room, dirty stained towels and washcloths -

Most disgusting hotel I have ever seen Under no circumstances should you stay at this hotel. You are better off sleeping in your car. Our first room was so filthy we demanded a second. There were bugs and dirt everywhere, no bathroom supplies, and a footprint on one of the beds. Someone had stolen the light bulbs and they had not been replaced. The door didn't even fully close The second room we were given wouldn't even open. The third at least had toiletries and was slightly less disgusting than the first room but there were still ashes and dirt on the beds and floor and towels. Not that I would have wanted to use them--there was no hot water at all. The owners have excuses about renovations but if that's the case then they should not be operating during renovations, especially at full price. We complained to Wyndham to try to get a refund but they said because we stayed there we're not eligible--believe me if it hadn't been 2 AM and I had children who'd been in the car all day I would've left. As it is we woke up early and got the hell out of there, and that's what you should do too.

Never again, it’s the worst 3 of us stayed here payed for by an employer. Couldn’t get in room when checked in because the keycard didn’t work. It was “renovated” but the bathroom door didn’t close. Room was also dirty when we checked in with puddles of water from the mini fridge door being open. Never had enough towels and the “clean” ones were all stained. The pillows looked gross with stains as well. On the last night of stay the water went out. TV had one channel. I would give this zero stars.
