Nice Beds but Poorly serviced I knew I made a mistake booking this hotel the minute I approached the front door with is broken down rattan bench. The first sign I see is "Sorry the pool is out of commission" the sides of the sign are curled indicating it has been up for quite awhile. I get my door key and was told the side entrance would give me easy access to my room. I check the door - it doesn't open. I return to the front desk and tell her my key doesn't work and the side door doesn't open. She rekeys my keys and comes with me to my door where we proceed to slide the card several ties in an attempt to open the door. It finally works. I'm afraid to leave as I may not get back in. We had trouble with the key all night. The desk clerk then goes over to the side door and proceeds to heave her body against the door 3 times before it opens. I went o get some ice for my cooler only to see another curled sign telling me the ice machine does not work either. Then to top all that off when I go take a shower I find only two small hand towels and a sliver of soap that can no longer be used after one person has a shower. What a mistake booking that place. The good thing about the place - the beds, they were the typical Wyndham beds which we like. bravo on the beds.

Great place They are nice, understanding, caring, attentive staff members with great customer service. It is a great experience for my family everytime we visit this location in moline by the airport. My kids love visiting the staff members when they pass by them in hall or on way out to car it puts a smile on both their faces and makes the experience that much more enjoyable and comfortable for us all.

Fix a faucet - Why, just turn off the water supply, The first room they gave us had no cold water. When we reported the issue, they came to the room, checked the sink and discovered the water had been turned off at the shut off valve. Once the water was turned on, the room had cold water in the sink, but it could not be turned off. They moved us to a second room, and this room had no water to the toilet. Checking the shut off valve, sure enough it was turned off. Opening the shut off valve, the toilet tank did begin to fill, but of course, it never stopped, the tank filled all night long. The second room also had key troubles. The card key would work for about 30 minutes, then stop working. Four attempts to fix it did not resolve the issue, so we made sure one of us was always in the room to open the door.

First time staying at Wyndham Hotel Property First time stay at AmericInn property not only in the quad cities area but based on a former coworker's recommendation to tryout this hotel chain property and compare to other hotels in the area and various hotels I have stayed during my travels.

You get what you pay for The ice machine has not worked for all of my stays in the last couple of months. The property is in need of TLC. I do not believe they do any breakfast as I have not seen it on one of my stays. The phones in the room usually do not work, but the beds are clean and comfortable.
