Clean and comfortable stay. Friendly hotel staff. Clean pool and hot tub area. Would recommend. Comfortable stay when there are yearly family visits to area. Clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean pool and hot tub area. Decent breakfast options. In-room coffee always appreciated. Very comfortable desk space. Pillows comfortable, not just “air”. Only downside was no local channels or CNN for news and major network shows although decent channel selection otherwise. Not everyone watches streaming shows in the devices. Some don’t have devices (hubby).

Bad first impression, Did not get better Arrived at the front desk to an empty desk. Took 2-3 minutes before someone came out of back room to check me in. She was more interested in giving me the “code of conduct” for the children and gave me the wrong room. When I pointed it out later, I was told they were sold out of that room. Room was dirty with random hairs throughout. Breakfast wasn’t refilled for 20-30 mins on a busy Sunday morning.

Attitude is everything. General staff is very friendly. However the manager has an obesely rude personality and thinks its disguised by tone and conflation. No digital keys available regardless of being advertised. WIFI will not support conference calls; you'll have to upgrade. Even if you purchase high-speed for several days you will have to purchase it again, and again. I'll be working here and bringing various teams to the area over the next three years. Can't recommend to stay here. Attitude is everything. Hey Hilton get digital keys here! Oh... and if you wondered where all the fruit cakes go that no-one eats.. They end up here! No chocolate chip or chocolate muffins.

HORRIBLE Simply HORRIBLE. Dirty hotel. Bugs, dirty carpets, holes in curtains. Spoke with the manager and housekeeping manager. They admitted the hotel is old and, this hotel needs repairs. Yet, they want to rent these rooms under false EXPECTATIONS.

Tossed and Turned We stayed over for a basketball tournament and even at a block rate feel robbed with $350 for 2 nights. I'm shocked that it's associated with Hilton. The room was basic, but did have a refrigerator and microwave. The bed is one of the worst I've slept on; hard and lumpy. A variety of pillows on the bed; one felt like it was filled with cotton balls. Tossed and turned all night. If we don't end up having games tomorrow, we're leaving early.
