Beautiful hotel in San Pedro. The millennium is a luxury hotel with free parking and an indoor pool and one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it is in one of the safest areas of the Monterrey metropolitan area. I loved the breakfast buffet!

Disappointing and way below Hilton Standards This hotel is hyped as a very nice hotel. While the lobby is modern, if spare and not welcoming, the halls to the rooms are scary, with chipped doors and very stained carpet. The air in the hotel is moldy and also smells of chlorine in the rooms on the second floor, up to the fifth floor. This comes from the indoor pool on the first floor. The windows do not open so you cannot refresh the air. If you are at all sensitive to mold this hotel is NOT for you. The rooms are clean but unattractive. There are tiny no name shampoo and conditioner bottles in the room. The one restaurant was understaffed and food took forever to arrive at dinner. I had been forced to leave a large deposit for meals, but was still forced to pay for breakfast directly, when they insisted I had no credit for meals. I left after one night, and moved to Quinta Real, which was heavenly and less expensive!

Excellent experience with our puppy!! Hotel staff and facilities are first class. We took our small Yorkie (emotional support) and everyone was so kind to her. We experienced the bar, restaurant and pool facilities; everything and everyone was outstanding.

Quality is just not there The blackberries in the breakfast buffet had mold, the room service was unediable because everything was old, the sink in the bathroom backed up everytime I used it. The hotel just seems dated. There are much better choices especially at the pricepoint.

Could do a lot better! Rooms are too warm. Gym is too warm and the equipment is falling apart. Food was OK some days and really poor the next. Communication to guests from reception staff is poor and doesn't seem to get any better the more times I stay at this hotel.
