The staff made the stay! I honestly am one who does not write reviews. Also stay 70+ nights a year at hotels. We all know when your travel plans go south—-it’s hard to not be a little grumpy. I am glad when my travel plans went south it landed me at this property. Jared checked me in that night and was so nice!! He was a breath of fresh air. Then that morning Jessica was working and equally pleasant. The lady working the food area—also as nice as could be!! The hotel is older but was clean and is going through a remodel. This location needs to work to keep these employees. Once that remodel is done—this place will be a rockstar Hilton property.

Perhaps after renovations are done The staff that we interacted with was definitely above average, especially Nicole who greeted us when we arrived. That was the highlight. We were aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations but were surprised that it continued on the weekend. Fortunately, the construction noise stopped about 1700. Unfortunately, that noise was soon replaced by a fire alarm that at first we mistook for something on the TV. Nonetheless, once we realized it was the fire alarm, we dutifully took the stairs to evacuate. After about 15 minutes we overheard staff saying it was a false alarm & it happens a lot. Not comforting. Breakfast was pretty sparse as compared with our other Hampton Inn stays. Perhaps the 2 stars is a bit harsh, but when compared this against other hotel stays our experience fell short of expectations. The hotel is convenient to the interstate.

Great experience and staff Great experience the staff was very helpful and friendly. I approached a member of the maintenance staff, Jeremiah about my AC unit. He came and immediately helped me he also did it in a timely manner I will definitely come here again on my own

Entire floor under construction Why would you check in a guest to a room on a hall that is completely under construction?? And, why would you allow construction to run from 7am to 7pm when guests might want to sleep in? And, the dust was terrible, as well as the elevator was dirty and stunk from sweaty workers. It was bad

Do not stay here…. The staff was very friendly and helpful as much as they could be. The rest pf the experience was terrible. Im ashamed for Hilton for the location to be one of their priorities. The facility is old and run down. The facility smells pf mold which is on the curtains and in the bathroom. The room smells as do the halls. The was a moth the flew away from bed when I lifted a pillow. The tv controller was held together with who knows what. The wall A/C unit sounded like a prop plane taking off every time it kicked in.The was not a refrigerator in the room. I travelled naturally for 20 plus years before retiring. I used Hilton exclusively. I cant remember not have a refrigerator in the 10-15 years. Soo outdated….. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!
