Excellent experience! My husband and I stayed here on our way to the beach one night. Our room was clean and very large! We typically stay a bit farther out of town in Greenville, Alabama. But this time I decided to change things up! SO GLAD I did! Everyone was friendly, our room was ready early! We requested a bottom floor room and it was granted. Ms. Mona, was the sweetest! She worked in the morning getting breakfast ready for everyone and she made certain things were kept clean and fresh! Coffee, water, tea and hot chocolate were available in the lobby all day long. Just what I was in need of after a long day! This place is located in the middle of everything. A target right across the street along with a BBQ restaurant in walking distance and many other shops. It was quite and we were impressed with the water pressure! This will become our new place to stay the night on our beach trips! Hands down! Thanks Ms. Mona for your genuine southern hospitality! You were such a blessing to have met! Hope to see you again next time! Take good care of yourself!

Not good, not good Extremely unimpressed with the manager Vanessa. She was rude and short over the phone when I called a month ago trying to make a reservation for June. I am a Hilton Honors member but felt treated like a walk in off the street. If she is the manager then I could only imagine how her staff behave. She was so unprofessional over the phone, i wasnt sure of my dates exactly and she was short with me like i was bothering her but its her job to takr calls, she kept saying so what dates and i gave them to her at least 4 different times. Maybe she wasnt paying attention. I also mentioned i couldnt remember my hilton honors number but they always just look it up, i swear i could hear her eyes roll. She then says you dont know your hilton number, what the phone number. If i knew that info i would have gave it to her, so unprofessional. I then said you can look my info up by my email address, she then lied saying their systems dont work like that. I know this to be a lie because i have stayed before many times and the two night time ladies they look like sisters, were quick to accommodate and correct the issue. Well this woman Vanessa tells me in again an unprofessional way that the shorter big girl got fired. I dont know what type of situation this hotel has going but Vanessa is so unprofessional and shouldnt be a manager. Oh and the older breakfast lady was not wearing gloves and was smoking outside in the front came back inside never washed her hands and started picking at the coffee area and gravy then went over to the eggs and mushed them around. That just is gross, when my husband mentioned her wearing gloves he was told she don't have to wear them and her hands are cleaned. I notified the health department hopefully they check this place out. Our room ac unit didn't work half the time the nice maintenance guy came to try to help but at 9 at night its ridiculous to have to call and call for ac unit. Just not happy, at checkout told the front desk girl on Sunday that our stay was bad she just stood there looking at us and handed me a card for a manager, but when I made the reservation she told me she was the manager so I was confused. I told her we shouldn't have to pay for our horrible experience because hampton has 100% guarantee, she tells me she can only refund 1 night. That's ridiculous and she's the manager? Had a better stay next door at the Hilton Garden Inn. If you are firing people like Vanessa said then fire her. My family and I would not stay here again. We never got a 100% guarantee here or a call from the real manager.

Great hotel stay for a conference The staff were amazing at this hotel, especially the housekeeping staff! On my last day, I requested a late checkout so I could practice the presentation I was giving at AUM later that day, and when housekeeping knocked on my door and I explained my late checkout and why, they were so nice and gave me tips for giving a presentation (which actually helped!) and really boosted my confidence! The room was spotless clean, the bed was comfy, the pillows are to-die-for soft, and the breakfast was good and replenished well. This Hampton Inn did not disappoint!

Wish I could give it 10 stars! Remarkable hotel! Exceptionally lavish breakfasts--eggs, sausage, French toast, fresh fruit, overnight oats, bagels, cold cereals hard boiled eggs, and everything was fantastic. Very clean hotel and especially friendly staff. Wish I could give it 10 stars!
