Keisha - Hurricane Ida We were at this location for Hurricane Ida. I want to give a big shout out to Kiesha. She made our stay AWESOME! Keisha knew that we were in for the Hurricane, and were under a lot of stress. She always had a smile on her face, and made sure the coffee pot was full. Thanks to her she made a stressful situation manageable.

Not a good stay Me and my family came down for a funeral. I had two rooms that we had issues with from the time that we checked in mostly maintenance issues that was never addressed. I am also a IHG member so I contact guest relations, manager no one has reached out to me to address the issues Three days later still nothing absolutely will not be coming back to this location . Customer service is a hit or miss everyone here seems like they don’t want to work here so they kind of take it out on the guess.

Pretty much sucked. Started off bad and went downhill from there. At the price point this hotel was at, especially considering it's not even downtown and was just off the interstate in the middle of nowhere, I would have expected it to be nicer. The room was very shabby, the furniture was beat up, the bed was uncomfortable and the exhaust fan in the bathroom, which you couldn't turn off without turning off the light, was the noisiest I ever heard. Shortly after getting to my room and settling in to do some work on the computer, I heard someone trying to open my door. Fortunately I had the door double-locked and they weren't able to open it. Got a call from the manager a few minutes later asking my name and saying that someone had messed up and double-booked the room. Went down to the restaurant to get something to eat. Another bad experience. The food was mediocre at best and the service was horrible. Was seated by my server who immediately took my drink order but after bringing my water, promptly goes and sits down and starts texting on her phone. After 15 minutes of me trying to get her attention to let her know I was ready to order, she finally happens to look over at me. When she finally comes over, she says "I'm sorry, I forgot all about you." Really? I was the only customer she had! Placed my order, told me it would be right out and what does she do? Goes and sits down and starts texting on her phone again. After another 30 minutes of waiting and looking over at her and being on the verge of getting up and walking out, she finally goes and gets my food but brings my salad out with my entree. I had ordered the Caesar salad, which didn't have the dressing on it so she brought me two packets of dressing that said Caesar Dressing on it but didn't taste anything like Caesar. Couldn't even finish it. Oh, well, maybe the entree will be better. Nope! It was very bland. Had to add a ton of salt and pepper just to give it some flavor. Finally finished my meal and looked around for my server so I could get my check and, oh yeah, she's sitting over there texting again! Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting, she brings me my check. No pen in there to sign it with. AGAIN had to wait. Finally just got up and went over to where she was, handed her the bill and my credit card and said "Can you run this please?". Yep, won't be back to this place again.

Short getaway First and foremost I want to say thank you so much for a memorable stay. My first impression to be truthful was not so well due to I called 4x wanting to talk to someone asking if I can check in early but every time I called someone hanged up on me. However, when I finally arrived I was greeted by Raven and she was kind and very welcoming. She made our stay memorable and every time we passed by the front desk we were greeted by her beautiful smile. So thank you again and thank you Raven for a memorable trip.

Shady The first night, one bed was not made. I slept on the other, as it appeared to be untouched. The next day, a room service employee downstairs gave my dog a dirty look, then I was asked what room I was staying in- random as I didn't have any bags or anything to indicate I was checking out. After leaving, I saw a charge of $250 to my card. I called and was told there were photos of a mess my dog made on the floor. I knew it was bogus, as I always clean my room before I leave. He's highly trained- over 240 hours of home, etiquette, and medical service training. I requested the photos. After waiting, I called back. Suddenly, they couldn't provide any, and sent me a refund. Today, I noticed they charged me $250 again, 3 days later, on Sat. I called and spoke with the manager who claimed to have the photos "right here" (at 3:25pm). I asked that he send them to me. He was able to conjure up photos 45 minutes later of slightly dirty sheets. Now they were claiming the mess was on the sheets, instead of the original claim of being charged for a mess on the floor. If the mess were truly in the room, why would they ask me which room I had my dog in to charge? We stay with IHG year round with our company and never has our dog made a single mess in all of our stays. For them to first say he made a mess on the floor, then claim it was on the sheets a week later, is upsetting and confirms the untruthfulness. In addition, not being able to send photos over immediately while he was sitting there "looking at them" is another red flag. The simple fact that I know it was untrue is upsetting. Even if the dirt they claimed to be there was actually on the sheet and duvet, dirt is washable. I told the manager I was hoping he would make it right, because I didn't want to reach out further to complain. He laughed and said "Please do, and give them my name, Sam." I was extremely kind and polite, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would do the right thing, only to be mocked. Photos they sent me of the supposed $250 dirt are attached.
