Stay away Terrible hotel. Gives Marriott hotels a bad name. Not very clean. Late June & refuse to offer cooked breakfast while closing their pool, blaming Covid, which is ironic bc other Pennsylvania hotels seem to provide both services. Clearly a hotel run by cheap people unconcerned by customer service.

Dirty, Disgusting, and Just Run Down This hotel is a poor example of a Marriott property. My request for a handicap accessible room with a shower was not honored despite calling to get pre assigned. The room I did get was dirty. The bathroom looks like they didn’t even clean it. Don’t need to check in and then have to find someone at 6PM to clean the room after a long day of work and travel.

Yuck This hotel has a 24 hour firepit outside and I suggest you stay there instead of inside. The lobby is dark and depressing. The halls and elevator smell horrible. The room was ok but the shower was a little dirty. We checked out at about 5:30 am. We walked into the lobby and there was a messy girl behind the desk with blue hair and facial piercings. We said hi here are the keys. She didn’t acknowledge us at all. She was writing something on an envelope. We waited and said do we need to do anything else to check out? She looked at us but said nothing. Finally we said ok fine and walked out. She never acknowledged us. Never seen anything like it. I would not recommend this place.

Nice location, terrible facility and bad desk man. The man checking me in calls me, "bro". As though I'm his drinkin buddy, not his client. I'm 64, he's maybe 20. T he a/c in 314 does not work. The treadmill rattles loudly when in use. The washer and dryer are busted. The breakfast is sparse and as of 730am has not been set us. I asked about the mask policy for Covid and the desk man chuckled. Recommend you stay elsewhere.

Should be ashamed to have the Marriott name on this hotel We had a wedding block for my wedding at this hotel, 15 rooms booked, when everyone showed up none of the rooms were ready, so everyone just came to the wedding and went back to the hotel afterwards thinking that their rooms would be ready. We were all fooled. At 11 o'clock at night our rooms were unavailable. How do you not clean enough rooms for a wedding that you know is coming there on specific dates. Completely unacceptable. So my guests who were mostly intoxicated had to find ways home. Not only is this a disgrace to Marriott, but it was completely unsafe. There is a reason people book hotel rooms for weddings, so that people don't drive drunk. They also called the cops on my guests because they didn't have their rooms ready. The cops should have arrested the managers for putting people in danger. Don't stay here! It's a disaster and completely run by incompetence. The district manager has yet to call me back and it's been over a week.
